【摘要】：正 我國建筑裝飾行業(yè)自上世紀80年代中期開始起步,從不被人重視的傳統(tǒng)小行業(yè),僅20年時間就飛躍成為社會高度重視的大行業(yè)。行業(yè)產(chǎn)值從幾乎為零,增長到8000億元以上,其年發(fā)展速度持續(xù)多年達到20％。目前,全行業(yè)共有企業(yè)近20萬家,從業(yè)者達1000余萬人。但是,隨著我國住宅商品化程度越來越高,一些問題也暴露出來,像市場混亂問題,企業(yè)誠信問題,材料質(zhì)量問題等等,涉及千家萬戶,對行業(yè)的發(fā)展和影響極大。
[Abstract]:The construction and decoration industry in China has started in the mid-1980s, and has never been paid much attention to by the traditional small industry, and only the 20-year time has become the big industry that the society attaches great importance to. The output value of the industry has increased from almost zero to more than 80 billion yuan, and the annual development speed of the industry has been up to 20% for many years. At present, there are nearly 200,000 enterprises in the whole industry, and the number of practitioners is over 10 million. However, as the degree of commercial commercialization of our country is becoming more and more high, some problems are also exposed, such as market confusion, enterprise integrity, material quality problems, etc., which involve thousands of households and have a great impact on the development and impact of the industry.
