【摘要】：為了探討醇酸清漆對(duì)典型裝飾木材火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性的影響,利用熱重分析、差熱分析、木垛法、隧道法和塑料煙密度儀對(duì)裝飾木材的燃燒性能、熱解特性和生煙特性進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,木材及其表面涂覆的醇酸清漆主要熱失重發(fā)生在200~500℃,其中木材的熱解過(guò)程為先吸熱、后放熱的過(guò)程,而醇酸清漆為吸熱過(guò)程。與未涂覆清漆的木材相比,清漆使木材在燃燒過(guò)程中質(zhì)量損失、有焰燃燒時(shí)間及火焰?zhèn)鞑ケ戎得黠@增加。同時(shí),醇酸清漆的烯烴結(jié)構(gòu)和苯環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)還導(dǎo)致木材的比光密度、質(zhì)量光密度增大,煙氣危害增大,從而進(jìn)一步增大了火災(zāi)危險(xiǎn)性。此外,裝飾木材的生煙特性還受火焰條件和輻射功率的影響,高輻射功率和有焰條件下材料的比光密度和質(zhì)量光密度均較低。
