基于ANSYS的汽車拉桿裝飾罩溫度場分析

【摘要】:模具溫度分布的均勻性是影響汽車注塑制品質(zhì)量的重要因素,約60%的塑件缺陷是由模具冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計不當造成的。針對汽車拉桿裝飾罩注塑件缺陷部位,建立了塑件缺陷部位瞬態(tài)溫度場數(shù)學模型及求解的邊界條件和初始條件,利用ANSYS有限元軟件進行分析仿真。結(jié)果表明,塑件表面溫度為141.7℃,中心溫度為229.1℃,溫度差高達87.4℃,不滿足塑件要求。據(jù)此,重新設(shè)計布局模具冷卻系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。保持注塑工藝條件不變,連續(xù)抽樣3 000件,合格率為100%。
[Abstract]:The uniformity of mold temperature distribution is an important factor affecting the quality of automobile injection molding products. About 60% of the defects in plastic parts are caused by improper design of mold cooling system. Aiming at the defect part of plastic injection part of automobile pull rod decorative cover, the mathematical model of transient temperature field and the boundary condition and initial condition of solving are established, and the analysis and simulation are carried out by using ANSYS finite element software.
