【摘要】：結(jié)合真空蒸鍍裝飾膜的生產(chǎn)工藝，，介紹了底涂料和面涂料的涂裝工藝及其作用。著重闡述了水簾式噴涂設(shè)備的設(shè)計與使用方法。實踐證明，采用這種設(shè)備明顯地改善了涂裝質(zhì)量及裝飾膜的制備質(zhì)量。有利于裝飾膜批量生產(chǎn)效率的提高。
[Abstract]:Combined with the production technology of vacuum evaporating decorative film, the coating technology and function of base coating and surface coating are introduced. The design and application of water curtain spraying equipment are described in detail. It has been proved by practice that the coating quality and the preparation quality of decorative film can be improved obviously by using this kind of equipment. It is beneficial to the improvement of mass production efficiency of decorative film.
