含鐵裝飾原紙污泥制備聚合硫酸鐵及其絮凝性能研究

【摘要】:以含鐵裝飾原紙生產(chǎn)廢水污泥為原料,NaClO3為氧化劑,經(jīng)過酸溶和氧化過程,制得了液體聚合硫酸鐵(PFS)絮凝劑。研究了酸溶過程中反應(yīng)溫度及時間對鐵溶出率的影響。以Fe2+含量表征PFS質(zhì)量,考察了NaClO3用量、氧化時間和溫度對PFS質(zhì)量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,酸溶過程中適宜的反應(yīng)條件為反應(yīng)5 h,反應(yīng)溫度80~90℃;NaClO3氧化制備PFS的適宜條件為:n(NaClO3)∶n(Fe2+)=0.18∶1,反應(yīng)時間3 h。制得的PFS各項指標均符合GB14591—2006中規(guī)定的PFS一級標準要求,PFS對造紙廢水的絮凝效果優(yōu)于市售PFS和PAC,適宜用量為30~45 mg/L;對制藥廢水的絮凝效果與市售PFS無顯著差別,適宜用量為20~30 mg/L。
