B汽車站裝飾工程項目團隊建設研究

【摘要】:在一個工程項目的建設過程中,人的因素是處于核心地位的,一個不完善的團隊肯定會影響整個工程項目的進展。但是,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式往往會抑制成員的積極性和創(chuàng)造性,很難滿足現(xiàn)代項目管理發(fā)展的需要。所以整個項目團隊的建設和管理就越發(fā)重要起來,只有打造一支分工合理、意識優(yōu)良、士氣高昂、技術精湛的項目團隊,才能優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的達成項目目標。 本文回顧了國內(nèi)外團隊建設的一些理論研究成果,并對這些理論的實施現(xiàn)狀進行了一定的分析,探討了團隊建設工作的要點。并通過以B汽車站裝飾工程這一具體項目為實際研究對象,采取調(diào)查研究、實例分析等方法,研究分析了團隊建設過程中存在的實際問題,闡述了本項目團隊建設的有利因素和不利因素,描述了團隊提升的主要思路。 在實際研究過程中,本文同時兼顧團隊的特點和工程本身的特點,大量運用現(xiàn)代項目管理理論、團隊建設理論、組織行為學理論和人力資源管理理論等知識有針對性的、系統(tǒng)性的進行分析,針對B汽車站裝飾工程提出了一些項目團隊建設的方法: (1)用更符合現(xiàn)代項目管理思想的矩陣型組織結(jié)構(gòu)代替舊的職能型組織結(jié)構(gòu)。 (2)從培訓環(huán)境改善、人事制度改革、建立職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃三個方面出發(fā),建立符合本項目管理特點的團隊激勵模式。 (3)針對項目特點,確立一套合適的溝通模式。 (4)建立文化建設管理程序。
[Abstract]:In the construction process of an engineering project, the human factor is in the core position, and an imperfect team will certainly affect the progress of the whole project. However, the traditional management mode can restrain the enthusiasm and creativity of the members, and it is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern project management. Therefore, the construction and management of the whole project team becomes more and more important. Only by building a project team with reasonable division of labor, good consciousness, high morale and skilled technology, can the project objectives be achieved with high quality and efficiency. This paper reviews some theoretical research results of team building at home and abroad, and analyzes the present situation of the implementation of these theories, and discusses the main points of team building work. By taking the B bus station decoration project as the actual research object, adopting the methods of investigation, case analysis and so on, this paper studies and analyzes the practical problems existing in the process of team building. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of team building in this project, and describes the main ideas of team promotion. In the process of practical research, this paper takes into account both the characteristics of the team and the characteristics of the project itself, and makes a great deal of use of modern project management theory, team building theory, organizational behavior theory and human resources management theory, etc. Based on the systematic analysis, this paper puts forward some methods of project team building for B bus station decoration project: (1) replacing the old functional organization structure with matrix organizational structure, which is more in line with the modern project management idea. (2) starting from the improvement of training environment, the reform of personnel system and the establishment of career development planning, a team incentive model which accords with the characteristics of project management is established. (3) according to the characteristics of the project, establish a set of appropriate communication mode. (4) establish the cultural construction management procedure.
