車輪裝飾蓋零件的注射成型模擬

【摘要】:利用Pro/E建立了車輪裝飾蓋零件的 3D模型 ,并用MoldflowPlasticsInsight軟件對其進行流動、保壓、冷卻和翹曲過程模擬。在數(shù)值模擬分析的基礎上 ,得到該零件注射成型的可行工藝參數(shù)為 :充模時間 0 3 0~ 0 70s、注射壓力 75~ 78MPa、鎖模力 3 0 0t、注射速率 410cm3/s、注射溫度 2 3 0℃、模具溫度 60℃、保壓壓力 62MPa、保壓時間10s、冷卻時間 2 0~ 3 0s。
[Abstract]:The 3D model of the wheel decorative cover parts was established by Pro/E, and the flow, pressure keeping, cooling and warping process were simulated by MoldflowPlasticsInsight software.
