住宅不規(guī)范裝修對(duì)房屋結(jié)構(gòu)的危害及其對(duì)策研究

【摘要】： 近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)和人民生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)居住環(huán)境的要求也越來(lái)越高,住宅的裝修改造也成為一種趨勢(shì)和時(shí)尚。與此同時(shí),各類裝修事故頻頻發(fā)生,裝修材料污染已經(jīng)引起人們的普遍重視,但裝修所引發(fā)的結(jié)構(gòu)安全問(wèn)題往往被忽視。由于住戶裝修知識(shí)及安全意識(shí)嚴(yán)重缺乏,往往按自己使用需要和喜好擅自對(duì)房屋進(jìn)行改造或裝修,隨心所欲地拆、鉆、挖、埋等,忽視了結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性、耐久性以及抗震性的要求,從而導(dǎo)致各種住宅事故和安全隱患日趨嚴(yán)重。據(jù)房屋安全鑒定部門的不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),國(guó)內(nèi)大中城市有裝修隱患的住宅比例約20%～50%,而房屋坍塌事故中因住戶破壞性裝修而造成的事故更是占很高比例�！� 鑒于上述情況的嚴(yán)重性和緊迫性,不規(guī)范裝修行為對(duì)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)危害的研究是一個(gè)急需解決的課題,而目前國(guó)內(nèi)在裝修結(jié)構(gòu)安全方面的系統(tǒng)研究尚處初期階段。針對(duì)這一情況,本研究通過(guò)大量的調(diào)查并結(jié)合具體裝修實(shí)例對(duì)裝修過(guò)程中普遍存在的不規(guī)范行為進(jìn)行分析。按不同的裝修對(duì)象將住宅裝修分為墻梁裝修、樓面裝修、廚房衛(wèi)生間裝修以及陽(yáng)臺(tái)裝修,對(duì)于不同的裝修對(duì)象分別詳細(xì)論述了其正確的裝修施工工藝,指出目前裝修存在的不規(guī)范行為,認(rèn)真分析了各種不規(guī)范裝修行為對(duì)房屋結(jié)構(gòu)安全的破壞及影響,并結(jié)合具體的裝修實(shí)例進(jìn)行嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)姆治鲇?jì)算,定量的說(shuō)明了各種不規(guī)范裝修行為危害的嚴(yán)重性,并指出其正確裝修施工的解決方案。論文詳細(xì)分析了導(dǎo)致不規(guī)范裝修行為的原因,從提高建筑設(shè)計(jì)水平、改善裝修設(shè)計(jì)方案、加強(qiáng)住戶管理、規(guī)范裝修市場(chǎng)、實(shí)施裝修工程監(jiān)理、發(fā)展住宅裝修一體化等諸多方面探討了減少和避免不規(guī)范裝修行為的合理對(duì)策�！� 論文從定性、定量?jī)蓚�(gè)方面深入地論述了目前住宅裝修存在的不規(guī)范行為及其合理對(duì)策,科學(xué)、系統(tǒng)地完善了裝修安全理論。論文的研究工作對(duì)指導(dǎo)住宅裝修設(shè)計(jì)和施工、推進(jìn)我國(guó)住宅裝修業(yè)的健康發(fā)展具有積極作用,對(duì)保證建筑壽命、保障人們身心健康和安全具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�！ �
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the growth of our economy and the improvement of people's living standards, people's demands on the living environment are getting higher and higher, and the renovation of housing has also become a trend and fashion. At the same time, various kinds of decoration accidents occur frequently, decoration material pollution has caused widespread attention, but the structural safety problems caused by decoration are often ignored. Due to the serious lack of household decoration knowledge and safety awareness, the house is often renovated or renovated without authorization according to the needs and preferences of its own use, disassembling, drilling, digging, burying and so on as desired, ignoring the integrity of the structure, Durability and earthquake resistance requirements, resulting in a variety of residential accidents and security risks are becoming more and more serious. According to incomplete statistics of the housing safety appraisal department, about 20% to 50% of the houses in large and medium-sized cities in China have hidden trouble in decoration. And in the event of house collapse, the number of accidents caused by the destructive decoration of the occupants is even higher. In view of the seriousness and urgency of the above-mentioned situation, The research on the harm of non-standard decoration behavior to the building structure is an urgent problem to be solved, but at present, the systematic research on the safety of the decoration structure in our country is still in the initial stage. In view of this situation, through a large number of investigations and combined with specific examples of decoration, the common non-standard behavior in the decoration process is analyzed. According to the different decoration objects, the residential decoration will be divided into wall beam decoration, floor decoration, kitchen and bathroom decoration and balcony decoration. For different decoration objects, the correct decoration construction technology has been discussed in detail. This paper points out the non-standard behavior of decoration at present, analyzes seriously the damage and influence of various non-standard decoration behavior to the safety of house structure, and carries on rigorous analysis and calculation combined with concrete decoration examples, This paper quantitatively explains the severity of the harm caused by various non-standard decoration behavior and points out the solution of the correct decoration construction. The paper analyzes the causes of non-standard decoration behavior in detail, from improving architectural design level, improving decoration design scheme, strengthening household management, standardizing decoration market, carrying out decoration project supervision. This paper discusses the reasonable countermeasures to reduce and avoid the non-standard decoration behavior in many aspects such as the development of the integration of housing decoration and so on. This paper discusses the non-standard behavior and reasonable countermeasures of house decoration in two aspects of quantitative analysis, and improves the theory of decoration safety scientifically and systematically. The research work of this paper plays a positive role in guiding the design and construction of housing decoration and promoting the healthy development of housing decoration industry in our country. It is of great practical significance to ensure the life of buildings and to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of people.
