導(dǎo)彈裝修與試驗(yàn)信息系統(tǒng)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:一個(gè)導(dǎo)彈產(chǎn)品在整個(gè)壽命周期內(nèi)需要經(jīng)歷研制生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)維修等階段和過程,對于一個(gè)有延續(xù)性產(chǎn)品來說,產(chǎn)品在整個(gè)壽命周期內(nèi)的各類信息是非常重要的一項(xiàng)資源,如何對信息進(jìn)行收集處理和應(yīng)用,是一個(gè)企業(yè)面臨的一個(gè)問題,并且如何在實(shí)際的工作中有效的與信息系統(tǒng)相融合,讓兩者相互促進(jìn),保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量是一個(gè)多數(shù)企業(yè)面臨的課題 導(dǎo)彈在研制過程中經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)完成圖紙零部件的加工后,需進(jìn)行零部件齊套工作,開展產(chǎn)品裝配和調(diào)試,并進(jìn)行必要的例行試驗(yàn),保證產(chǎn)品符合規(guī)定的功能性能要求導(dǎo)彈裝修與試驗(yàn)信息系統(tǒng)及其關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究是從企業(yè)應(yīng)用的角度出發(fā),結(jié)合作者所在單位的實(shí)際情況,從信息系統(tǒng)的需求出發(fā),從系統(tǒng)功能體系架構(gòu)軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)功能設(shè)計(jì)等明確了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的總體要求和具體內(nèi)容為保證信息系統(tǒng)的安全性,利用PKI技術(shù)VPN技術(shù)加密解密技術(shù)等信息安全策略保證信息在傳輸和使用過程的安全性和完整性為有效將信息系統(tǒng)與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)相結(jié)合,從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹的構(gòu)建出發(fā),研究保證產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹的手動和自動生成,與裝配生產(chǎn)相融合,,從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)樹中提取相應(yīng)的齊套信息和裝配過程信息,保證產(chǎn)品的裝配結(jié)構(gòu)模型為有效解決企業(yè)內(nèi)部各類應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的孤島現(xiàn)象,采用集成技術(shù),將產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)信息與產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)信息產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)信息產(chǎn)品故障維修信息實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的掛接和關(guān)聯(lián),使整個(gè)產(chǎn)品的信息能夠做到無縫隙的查看和關(guān)聯(lián),并利用應(yīng)用集成技術(shù)與現(xiàn)有的科研生產(chǎn)綜合計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集成,將產(chǎn)品的試驗(yàn)計(jì)劃維修計(jì)劃等與其關(guān)聯(lián),在科研生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃中通過計(jì)劃任務(wù)可以查看到相關(guān)試驗(yàn)和維修的信息,使整個(gè)產(chǎn)品在全壽命周期內(nèi)的信息數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的連接,從整體的全局角度實(shí)現(xiàn)信息系統(tǒng)的集成和信息數(shù)據(jù)的有效利用
[Abstract]:A missile product needs to go through the stages and processes of development, production, test and maintenance throughout its life cycle. For a continuous product, all kinds of information about the product in the whole life cycle is a very important resource. How to collect, process and apply the information is a problem that an enterprise faces, and how to integrate effectively with the information system in the actual work, so that the two can promote each other. To ensure the quality of products is a subject that most enterprises are facing. After designing and completing the processing of drawing parts and components in the course of developing missiles, they need to carry out the whole set of parts, carry out product assembly and debugging, and carry out necessary routine tests. The research of missile decoration and test information system and its key technology is based on the application of the enterprise, combined with the actual situation of the author's unit, and the requirements of the information system. From the system function architecture software system detailed function design and so on, the overall requirement and the concrete content of the system realization are made clear in order to guarantee the information system security, Using PKI technology, VPN technology, encryption, decryption technology and other information security strategies to ensure the security and integrity of the information transmission and use process, in order to effectively combine the information system with the actual production, starting from the construction of product structure tree. The research ensures the manual and automatic generation of the product structure tree, integrates with the assembly production, and extracts the information of the whole set and assembly process from the product structure tree. In order to effectively solve the isolated island phenomenon of all kinds of application systems in the enterprise, the assembly structure model of the product is guaranteed to adopt the integration technology. The product structure information and product quality testing information product test information product maintenance information can be well linked and associated so that the whole product information can be viewed and correlated without gaps. The application integration technology is used to integrate with the existing scientific research and production integrated plan management system, and the test plan and maintenance plan of the product are associated with it.
