【摘要】：探討在SGA726-Ⅱ型劍桿織機(jī)上生產(chǎn)英文(漢字)裝飾邊織物的工藝技術(shù)措施。針對(duì)滌綸長絲裝飾邊和粘膠長絲裝飾邊兩種情況,提出選擇原料成分時(shí)要注意染色對(duì)裝飾邊不產(chǎn)生影響,且采用有色粘膠時(shí)要加強(qiáng)管理,防止色纖飛花等。為解決裝飾邊邊紗和地紗張力不協(xié)調(diào)的問題,對(duì)滌綸長絲裝飾邊邊紗整經(jīng)時(shí)加大張力,對(duì)粘膠長絲裝飾邊邊紗則省去漿紗工序,且在整經(jīng)時(shí)也加大張力,并提出了適宜的裝飾邊緊度范圍和合理的組織。通過采取以上措施,可保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合要求。
[Abstract]:The paper discusses the technical measures of the production of English (Chinese characters) decorative edge fabric on the SGA726-II rapier loom. In view of the two situations of the decorative edge of the polyester filament and the decorative edge of the viscose filament, it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of the dyeing on the decorative edge when selecting the raw material component, and to strengthen the management when the colored viscose is used, so as to prevent the colored fiber flying flower and the like. in ord to solve that problem that the decorative edge yarn and the ground yarn tension force are not coordinated, the tension force is increased when the polyester filament decorative edge yarn is fully warp, the sizing process is omitted for the viscose filament decorative edge yarn, and the tension force is also increased at the time of the warping, and a suitable decorative edge degree range and a reasonable organization are provided. By adopting the above measures, the product quality can be guaranteed to meet the requirements.
