新型光致發(fā)光塑料及裝飾應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:介紹光致發(fā)光塑料的配方和注塑成型條件 ,研究了產(chǎn)品加速老化和自然老化性能。結(jié)果表明助劑的品種和用量對(duì)亮度的影響顯著 ,經(jīng)加速老化 5 0 0 0h和自然老化 12~ 2 2月后 ,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)同進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品比較 ,結(jié)果基本接近 ,產(chǎn)品的壽命在廣州地區(qū)為 2~ 3a ,在其他地區(qū)為 3~ 5a ,在室內(nèi)可達(dá) 6~ 10a。
[Abstract]:The formulation and injection molding conditions of photoluminescence plastics were introduced. The accelerated aging and natural aging properties of the products were studied. The results showed that the variety and dosage of additives had a significant effect on brightness. After accelerated aging for 5 000 h and natural aging for 12 ~ 22 months, the technical indexes were similar to those of imported products. The life span of the product is 2 ~ 3 years in Guangzhou area, 3 ~ 5 years in other areas, and 6 ~ 10 a in indoor area.
