改性SBS裝飾膠粘劑的研制

【摘要】: 裝飾膠粘劑是建筑、裝修和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中必不可少的一種材料。本課題提出一種以溶劑汽油和丙酮為溶劑,以巰基乙酸接枝SBS為彈性體,以萜烯樹脂為增粘劑的改性SBS裝飾膠粘劑,該膠粘劑具有初粘力強、粘接強度高、耐久性能優(yōu)異、工藝性能好、成本低和無毒環(huán)保等優(yōu)點。本課題系統(tǒng)研究了膠粘劑的制備工藝對SBS改性裝飾膠粘劑綜合性能的影響規(guī)律,并建立了粘接接頭玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度、剝離強度、吸水率和濕熱條件之間的關(guān)系。 研究結(jié)果表明:巰基乙酸接枝SBS彈性體的反應條件對體系黏度、剪切強度、剝離強度和玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度等有重要的影響。膠粘劑在熱老化和濕熱老化條件下,玻璃化溫度,剝離強度、剪切強度、化學組成、表面形貌和表面碳元素組成等具有時溫等效性。不同表面處理方法對膠粘劑粘接強度和耐久性能的提高有重要作用,偶聯(lián)劑處理的粘接接頭中的擴散系數(shù)和水分擴散的吉布斯自由能最低,耐久性能最佳。本文建立的膠粘劑玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度、剝離強度、吸水率和老化條件的關(guān)系式,可以用來預測不同老化溫度和時間下,膠粘劑玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和剝離強度等性能。
[Abstract]:Decorative adhesives are essential materials in the fields of architecture, decoration and industry. In this paper, a modified SBS decorative adhesive with solvent gasoline and acetone as solvent, mercaptoacetic acid grafted SBS as elastomer and terpene resin as tackifier is proposed. The adhesive has strong initial adhesion, high adhesive strength and excellent durability. Good process performance, low cost and non-toxic environmental protection and other advantages. In this paper, the influence of the preparation process of the adhesive on the comprehensive properties of the SBS modified decorative adhesive was systematically studied, and the relationship between the glass transition temperature, peel strength, water absorption rate and moisture and heat condition of the adhesive joint was established. The results show that the reaction conditions of thioglycolic acid grafted SBS elastomer have important effects on the viscosity, shear strength, peeling strength and glass transition temperature of the system. The glass transition temperature, peeling strength, shear strength, chemical composition, surface morphology and carbon composition of the adhesive are time-temperature equivalent under the condition of thermal aging and hygrothermal aging. Different surface treatment methods play an important role in the improvement of adhesive adhesion strength and durability. The diffusion coefficient and Gibbs free energy of water diffusion are the lowest and the durability is the best in the bonding joints treated with coupling agent. The relationship between glass transition temperature, peeling strength, water absorption and aging conditions can be used to predict the properties of glass transition temperature and peeling strength of adhesive at different aging temperature and time.
