【摘要】：生活不止是生存,是比生存更高級的一種人生狀態(tài),追求高品質(zhì)的生活是每個人的本能�！笆成砸病�,進(jìn)食是人類的天性。隨著物質(zhì)文明的高度發(fā)展,餐桌上的文化已經(jīng)從基本的生理需求上升到了心理需求。隨著經(jīng)濟迅速發(fā)展,都市生活的節(jié)奏也在加快,人們承受的壓力越來越大,很多人都處于亞健康狀態(tài)。在這一生活狀態(tài)下,現(xiàn)代人希望在就餐時除了滿足吃飽這一基本的生理需求外,也能擺脫冰冷的鋼筋水泥和朝九晚五的沉悶,體會不一樣的悠閑時光,讓壓力爆棚的心靈得到舒展。在餐桌上適當(dāng)?shù)臄[放一些植物形象能讓人有一種走進(jìn)大自然的輕松與親近感,可以有效的舒緩人們緊張的神經(jīng),釋放人的壓力,調(diào)整亞健康的心理狀態(tài)。本文以植物形象在餐桌裝飾中的研究運用為切入點,從餐桌裝飾這個方面研究飲食生活中的藝術(shù)性。分為四個部分:第一個部分是文章的第一章,介紹了本課題的研究背景、研究目的及相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二個部分是文章的第二章、第三章、第四章,分別對餐桌裝飾、植物形象及植物形象與餐桌裝飾設(shè)計結(jié)合做了基本性的介紹,包括餐桌裝飾的含義、意義、發(fā)展歷史及裝飾元素和要求,然后從餐桌裝飾設(shè)計市場容量大、裝飾水平與消費檔次匹配、餐桌裝飾類型多樣、餐桌裝飾元素制造與銷售業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展、餐桌裝飾主流風(fēng)格從傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)格向自然風(fēng)格變化五個方面分析歸納了餐桌裝飾市場的現(xiàn)狀。對植物形象在餐桌裝飾中作用、運用方式、組合規(guī)律及裝飾原則等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了梳理歸納。第三個部分是文章的第五章,結(jié)合三種典型的餐桌裝飾案例對植物形象在餐桌裝飾中的運用進(jìn)行論證。第四個部分是文章的第六章,從翻糖和中式面點兩個方面論證和實踐餐桌可食用仿真植物形象在餐桌裝飾中現(xiàn)實意義。最后是全文的總結(jié),提出本課題的觀點及對設(shè)計、生活的啟示。本文通過對植物形象在餐桌裝飾中的研究運用認(rèn)識到生活不止是生存,是比生存更高級的一種人生狀態(tài),追求高品質(zhì)的生活是每個人的本能。餐桌,作為人人都離不開的場所,其裝飾水平是品質(zhì)生活的體現(xiàn)。植物形象在餐桌裝飾中的廣泛使用是傳統(tǒng)的,而植物形象裝飾為主的自然風(fēng)格餐桌裝飾是未來餐桌裝飾風(fēng)格的趨勢。本文希望通過探索餐桌裝飾的藝術(shù)設(shè)計方式,為人們的精致飲食生活提供新的參考思路,為餐桌裝飾藝術(shù)在我國的發(fā)展發(fā)揮積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:Life is more than survival, a higher life than survival, the pursuit of high-quality life is everyone's instinct. Eating is human nature. With the high development of material civilization, the culture on the table has risen from the basic physiological needs to the psychological needs. With the rapid economic development, the pace of urban life is also accelerating, people are under increasing pressure, many people are in a state of sub-health. In this state of life, modern people hope that, in addition to satisfying the basic physiological needs of satiety when eating, they can also get rid of the cold steel bar cement and the dull nine-to-five hours, and experience different leisure times. Let the stress of the heart be stretched out. Putting some plant images on the dining table can make people feel relaxed and close to nature. It can effectively relieve people's nervous nerves, release people's pressure, and adjust the mental state of sub-health. Based on the research and application of plant image in table decoration, this paper studies the artistry of food life from the aspect of table decoration. It is divided into four parts: the first part is the first chapter, which introduces the research background, research purpose and related research status. The second part is the second chapter of the article, the third chapter, the fourth chapter, has made the basic introduction to the table decoration, the plant image and the table decoration design separately, including the table decoration meaning, the significance, Developing history and decoration elements and requirements, then from the table decoration design market capacity, decoration level and consumption level matching, table decoration types, table decoration elements manufacturing and sales industry flourish, The main style of table decoration changes from traditional style to natural style in five aspects. The function, application, combination and decoration principle of plant image in table decoration were summarized. The third part is the fifth chapter of the article, combined with three typical table decoration cases to demonstrate the application of plant image in table decoration. The fourth part is the sixth chapter of the article, which demonstrates and practices the practical significance of table edible simulation plant image in table decoration from two aspects of turning sugar and Chinese pasta. Finally, the summary of the full text, put forward the point of view of this subject and the inspiration to design and life. Through the study of plant image in table decoration, it is recognized that life is not only survival, but also a higher life state than survival, and the pursuit of high quality life is everyone's instinct. Dining table, as everyone can not leave the place, its decorative level is the embodiment of quality life. The widespread use of plant images in table decoration is traditional, and the natural style of table decoration with plant image decoration is the trend of table decoration style in the future. This paper hopes to explore the art design of table decoration, to provide a new reference for people's delicate food life, and to play an active role in promoting the development of table decoration art in China.
