炻質(zhì)瓷裝飾用無公害鎘硒大紅釉的研究

【摘要】:成功地制備了一種適用炻質(zhì)瓷裝飾的大紅釉。該釉以包裹型鎘硒紅色料為著色劑 ,基釉為長石石灰混合生料釉 ,氧化氣氛下燒成。新的釉料完全無鎘溶出 ,不含鉛、鉍、鋇、鋅、銻、銅等對人體有害的元素 ,符合當(dāng)前陶瓷裝飾必須無公害的新理念。用SEM ,EPMA ,OM ,XRD等對釉進(jìn)行了顯微結(jié)構(gòu)觀察、定性與成分分析 ,研究了其顯色機(jī)理。對釉的主要性能如分光反射率、熱膨脹系數(shù)、顯微硬度、熔融溫度、鉛鎘溶出量等進(jìn)行了測試。結(jié)果表明 :釉的物相組成主要是玻璃相、殘余石英及ZrSiO4 Cd(SxSe1 -x)色料 ;該釉是未熔融的包裹型色料晶體呈色 ,色料在釉中均勻分布 ;坯釉中間層發(fā)育良好 ,有莫來石、鈣長石類晶體析出。其成熟溫度為 115 0~ 12 0 0℃ ,呈色純正 ,鮮艷明快 ,不流不裂 ,釉面硬度高 ,耐化學(xué)腐蝕性好 ,鉛、鎘溶出量完全達(dá)到ISO 64 862 :1999(E)新規(guī)定。
[Abstract]:A red glaze suitable for stoneware decoration was successfully prepared. The glaze was coated with cadmium and selenium as coloring agent and base glaze as feldspar lime mixed raw glaze. The glaze was sintered in oxidized atmosphere. The new glaze is completely cadmium free, free of lead, bismuth, barium, zinc, antimony, copper and other harmful elements. The microstructure, qualitative and component analysis of glaze were observed by SEM, EPMA, OM, XRD et al. The color mechanism of glaze was studied. The main properties of glaze, such as reflectance, coefficient of thermal expansion, microhardness, melting temperature, lead and cadmium dissolution, were tested. The results show that the phase composition of the glaze is mainly glass phase, residual quartz and ZrSiO4 Cd (SxSe1 x) color, and the glaze is an unmelted encapsulated pigment with uniform distribution in the glaze. The intermediate layer of glaze is well developed with mullite and calcium feldspar crystals. The ripening temperature is 115.0 ~ 1200 鈩,
