絲網(wǎng)印刷裝飾紋樣設(shè)計(jì)在紡織品中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今社會(huì)的設(shè)計(jì)中,我們遵循的設(shè)計(jì)理念及設(shè)計(jì)趨勢是以人為本的這種人性化設(shè)計(jì)。而紡織品的裝飾紋樣也不例外的遵循著這樣一個(gè)“以人為本”的設(shè)計(jì)趨勢。我國紡織品產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷的發(fā)展并且發(fā)展的速度加快,再加上西方紡織品技術(shù)的引進(jìn)和推廣使用下,使得我國紡織品的圖案紋樣設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展更快。在新型的紡織機(jī)器的運(yùn)用和推動(dòng)下,使得傳統(tǒng)的紡織紋樣起到重大變革,同時(shí)也大幅度增加了新的紡織品種的種類和其相應(yīng)的紡織紋樣。然而在這樣的國際形勢下,絲網(wǎng)印刷這一技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)也跟隨者隨社會(huì)的發(fā)展的腳步悄然新興起來。根據(jù)記載,絲網(wǎng)印刷技術(shù)距今已有二千多年的歷史,它的歷史非常悠久,然而它最早是來源于中國的。絲網(wǎng)印刷的特點(diǎn)是有較長的保存時(shí)間,印刷出來的圖案和文字質(zhì)量高并且顏色鮮艷,且操作簡單時(shí)間段量大,還有成本低價(jià)格的優(yōu)勢,因此越來越受人們的青睞。 在各種領(lǐng)域的設(shè)計(jì)師設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),都遵循著統(tǒng)一的理念,就是設(shè)計(jì)出來的產(chǎn)品在具有實(shí)用價(jià)值的基礎(chǔ)上還具備觀賞性,因此紡織品的設(shè)計(jì)也不例外。紡織品的實(shí)用價(jià)值能提高人們的物質(zhì)水平,其藝術(shù)價(jià)值能使人視覺得到?jīng)_擊。紡織品的設(shè)計(jì)中紋樣的設(shè)計(jì)占主導(dǎo)位置并且是紡織品價(jià)值體現(xiàn)的重要因素之一,F(xiàn)代紡織品的紋樣類別越來越多,圖案內(nèi)容越來越豐富。在歷史的紡織品發(fā)展過程中,紡織品圖案紋樣不論是內(nèi)容、顏色、形狀或者內(nèi)涵都與每個(gè)階段的政治歷史、宗教文化、民俗生活等方便是相互聯(lián)系相互制約的,因此,我國的紡織品紋樣發(fā)展迅速,形式多樣,內(nèi)容豐富。然而歐洲文化的的起源是愛琴地區(qū),每個(gè)沿海地區(qū)都對(duì)世界有一定的重大影響,在這個(gè)地區(qū)的紡織業(yè)也是有著非常悠久的歷史,歐洲的紡織品紋樣在題材內(nèi)容上多以自然界生存存在的人物活動(dòng),動(dòng)物植物,建筑風(fēng)景,自然風(fēng)景,生活場景和文字為主,同時(shí)以這些事物為主題加以想象變形使紋樣圖案的內(nèi)容極為豐富,更具趣味性。 “絲網(wǎng)印刷和凸印,凹印,平印被人們稱為四大印刷方法,而絲網(wǎng)印刷又被稱為孔版印刷。它包括了噴花和絲網(wǎng)印刷,鏤孔花版和謄寫版等等。絲網(wǎng)印刷到今天已經(jīng)有2000多年的歷史了,它來源于中國!1我們都知道早在秦漢時(shí)期就有夾頡印花方法,東漢時(shí)期在夾頡印花的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步發(fā)展變?yōu)閵A頡蠟染方法,并且這種方法印出來的物品的的質(zhì)量也進(jìn)步一提高。然而最終將夾頡印花工藝推向巔峰是到了隋朝的大業(yè)年間,據(jù)史書記載,那時(shí)已經(jīng)有人使用框子繃上絹網(wǎng)開始印花的,這樣的更進(jìn)一步發(fā)展造就了今天的絲網(wǎng)印花工藝。 我們常見的絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝有轉(zhuǎn)印印花、水漿印花、香味印花、發(fā)泡印花、膠漿印花、光敏變色印花和水變印花等等印花工藝,本文將以T恤和連衣裙為例,,將圖案紋樣的設(shè)計(jì)與絲網(wǎng)印刷工藝相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:In today's society design, we follow the design philosophy and design trend is people-oriented humanized design. The decorative pattern of textiles is no exception to follow such a "people-oriented" design trend. With the development of textile industry in China, and the introduction and popularization of western textile technology, the pattern design of textile in China is developing faster. With the application and promotion of the new textile machinery, the traditional textile patterns have been greatly changed, and the new textile varieties and their corresponding textile patterns have also been greatly increased. However, in such an international situation, screen printing technology industry with the pace of social development has emerged quietly. According to records, screen printing technology has a history of more than 2,000 years, its history is very long, but it originated from China. Screen printing is characterized by long preservation time, high quality of printed pattern and text, bright color, large amount of simple operation time period, and the advantage of low cost and price, so it is more and more popular. When designing designers in various fields, they all follow a unified idea, that is, the products designed are also ornamental on the basis of practical value, so the design of textiles is no exception. The practical value of textiles can improve the material level of people, and its artistic value can impact people's vision. Pattern design plays a dominant role in textile design and is one of the important factors of textile value. There are more and more types of patterns in modern textiles, and the contents of patterns are more and more abundant. In the course of historical textile development, textile patterns, whether they are content, color, shape or connotation, are interrelated and mutually restricted with the convenience of political history, religious culture, folk life and so on at each stage. The textile pattern of our country develops rapidly, the form is diverse, the content is rich. However, the origin of European culture is the Aegean region, each coastal region has a certain major impact on the world, and the textile industry in this region also has a very long history. The textile patterns in Europe focus on the activities of people, animals and plants, architectural landscapes, natural scenery, life scenes and characters that exist in nature. At the same time, the theme of these things to imagine the deformation of the pattern is extremely rich in content, more interesting. Screen printing and printing, gravure printing, lithography are known as the four printing methods, and screen printing is also known as orifice printing. It includes jacquard and screen printing, engraving and transcription, and so on. Screen printing has a history of more than 2000 years today, and it comes from China. "1 We all know that there was a clipping printing method as early as the Qin and Han dynasties, and in the Eastern Han Dynasty, on the basis of the Jiajie printing, it was further developed into the Jijie batik printing method. And the quality of the items printed out by this method has also improved. However, it was during the great cause of the Sui Dynasty that the Jiajie printing technology was finally pushed to the peak. According to the history books, some people had already used frames to start printing with silk screen, and this further development resulted in today's screen printing technology. Our common screen printing processes include transfer printing, water paste printing, fragrance printing, foaming printing, glue printing, Guang Min color changing printing and water changing printing, etc. This paper will take T-shirts and dresses as an example. The design of pattern and screen printing technology are combined.
