【摘要】： 進入21世紀(jì)以來,伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟的高速增長、人類改造自然強度的加大,人與自然的矛盾逐漸激化,生態(tài)破壞和環(huán)境污染已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重的區(qū)域性和全球性的問題,因此生態(tài)設(shè)計成為當(dāng)今城市住宅建設(shè)中的熱門議題。所謂的生態(tài)住宅是通過綜合運用當(dāng)代建筑學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)及其他科學(xué)技術(shù)的成果,遵循生態(tài)平衡及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的原則,合理設(shè)計、規(guī)劃建筑內(nèi)外空間的物質(zhì)和能源因素,使其在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部有序地循環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)換,從而獲得一種高效、低耗、無廢、無污染且能實現(xiàn)一定程度自給的新型住宅模式。本文通過市場調(diào)研以及設(shè)計實踐等方法,較為系統(tǒng)的分析了我國當(dāng)前住宅室內(nèi)裝修生態(tài)設(shè)計的各項規(guī)范,并對住宅室內(nèi)空間、空氣質(zhì)量、聲環(huán)境、熱環(huán)境、光環(huán)境等五個方面的設(shè)計方法和設(shè)計案例進行了詳細(xì)地闡述。 在生態(tài)設(shè)計實踐環(huán)節(jié),鑒于目前我國住宅小區(qū)逐漸走入“高齡化”,本文以舊房室內(nèi)再裝修為切入點,對實踐過程中的設(shè)計環(huán)節(jié)和設(shè)計成果監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行深入分析,突出生態(tài)設(shè)計在住宅裝修中的實用性研究這一主題。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, with the rapid growth of the global economy, the intensity of human transformation of nature has increased, the contradiction between man and nature has gradually intensified, ecological destruction and environmental pollution has become a serious regional and global problems. Therefore, ecological design has become a hot topic in urban housing construction. The so-called ecological residence is through the comprehensive use of contemporary architecture, ecology and other scientific and technological achievements, following the principles of ecological balance and sustainable development, reasonable design and planning of the material and energy factors of the inner and outer space of the building. In order to achieve a high efficiency, low consumption, no waste, no pollution and a certain degree of self-sufficiency, a new housing model can be achieved. Through market research and design practice, this paper systematically analyzes the norms of ecological design of residential interior decoration in our country, and analyzes the indoor space, air quality, sound environment, thermal environment, etc. The design methods and design cases of five aspects, such as light environment, are described in detail. In the practice of ecological design, in view of the fact that the residential district of our country is gradually entering the "old age" at present, this paper analyzes deeply the design link and the monitoring data of the design results in the course of the practice, taking the indoor redecoration of the old house as the breakthrough point. To highlight the ecological design in residential decoration in the practical study of this theme.
