【摘要】：廣西惠佳信裝飾集團(tuán)在制作這本企業(yè)文化手冊(cè)前,企業(yè)文化建設(shè)沒(méi)有真正的開(kāi)展,在日益激烈的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)中,關(guān)于企業(yè)文化宣傳所扮演的角色越來(lái)越重要了,而企業(yè)文化手冊(cè)既起到宣傳企業(yè)文化增加企業(yè)美譽(yù)度的作用,又有較好的流動(dòng)傳輸性,本文在現(xiàn)有平面設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,經(jīng)過(guò)分析企業(yè)文化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用中存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合企業(yè)文化傳播和印刷的優(yōu)勢(shì),設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)集團(tuán)公司文化傳播應(yīng)用的項(xiàng)目。因此本項(xiàng)目便是在此背景下確立并開(kāi)始實(shí)施的。 本文針對(duì)當(dāng)前手冊(cè)設(shè)計(jì)缺少整體規(guī)劃、在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施過(guò)程中對(duì)藝術(shù)性與易用性的結(jié)合把握不準(zhǔn)確、缺乏收藏性和傳播性等問(wèn)題,提出實(shí)際的應(yīng)用思路,以突出企業(yè)理念在傳播過(guò)程中的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用為設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,基于對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)形式在印刷成品應(yīng)用中存在的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的分析,提出了通過(guò)加入先進(jìn)的四色菲林曬版印刷技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用分析實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)手冊(cè)制作與展示的解決思路和設(shè)計(jì)方案,從而使受眾對(duì)企業(yè)手冊(cè)設(shè)計(jì)與展示的多樣化與過(guò)程得到進(jìn)一步體驗(yàn)和了解,并對(duì)其設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)和實(shí)際的作用與意義進(jìn)行了論述。本論文從項(xiàng)目調(diào)研開(kāi)始到項(xiàng)目制作再到輸出共提出了23個(gè)問(wèn)題,并根據(jù)問(wèn)題逐一按照遇到問(wèn)題先設(shè)定解決思路,后制定解決方案,再通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)形式或效果對(duì)此問(wèn)題的解決方案進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。 本文詳細(xì)闡述了項(xiàng)目的整體創(chuàng)作思路,步驟設(shè)計(jì),介紹了完整的創(chuàng)作流程,并最終給出了結(jié)果。力求由項(xiàng)目來(lái)產(chǎn)生出問(wèn)題,通過(guò)問(wèn)題得出思路,順著此思路來(lái)確定設(shè)計(jì)方案,再通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)方案的效果來(lái)檢驗(yàn)是否解決問(wèn)題。提出與解決問(wèn)題是本論文的核心；解決問(wèn)題的思路與步驟是本論文的框架和主要敘述方式。 本項(xiàng)目在制作之初先對(duì)公司內(nèi)部進(jìn)行調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,再結(jié)合市場(chǎng)信息和宣傳理念對(duì)公司文化進(jìn)行提煉,結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用、軟件操作、攝影技術(shù)、合成信息、印刷、制版等專業(yè)技術(shù)相互交互完成。采用“領(lǐng)”、“緣”、“完整家居”、“越”等篇章來(lái)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)展示大氣感、親和力、文化性、實(shí)用性,公司的簡(jiǎn)介、形象、文化、工程水平、未來(lái)展望等內(nèi)容全面顯現(xiàn),提升公司的形象和美譽(yù)度,補(bǔ)充和更新一些內(nèi)容,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有的設(shè)計(jì)理念和制作工藝進(jìn)行總結(jié)、并對(duì)數(shù)字化創(chuàng)作方法進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用剖析,提煉出更加精確的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)律。在該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行需求分析時(shí),對(duì)以下幾個(gè)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行解析： 計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)：通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù),結(jié)合軟件對(duì)色彩標(biāo)準(zhǔn),圖形圖像生成技術(shù)、文件運(yùn)算存儲(chǔ)技術(shù),CMYK模式色彩印刷的先進(jìn)性探討等方面對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和創(chuàng)新,提出了新的設(shè)計(jì)手法,提高了設(shè)計(jì)效率。 色彩、設(shè)計(jì)手法：通過(guò)軟件應(yīng)用,對(duì)色彩和設(shè)計(jì)手法提出了更新的形式,對(duì)色彩規(guī)律、商業(yè)排版等方面進(jìn)行了重新分布,為提高現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)的商業(yè)形式提供了新的參考和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 印刷技術(shù)、制版要求、紙張選擇：在印刷成品的過(guò)程中對(duì)德國(guó)技術(shù)的四色印刷機(jī)器進(jìn)行了重新歸納,并對(duì)菲林制版的多色性給出了較高的要求和制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。綜合利用多個(gè)軟件系統(tǒng)根據(jù)藝術(shù)需求對(duì)項(xiàng)目整體的創(chuàng)作思路、創(chuàng)作步驟設(shè)計(jì)、創(chuàng)作手法進(jìn)行分析,體現(xiàn)出應(yīng)用軟件對(duì)該項(xiàng)目應(yīng)該具備的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)功能的實(shí)用性,并最終得出了成品。 一本好的企業(yè)文化綜合手冊(cè),不僅需要在設(shè)計(jì)上精彩表現(xiàn),同時(shí)應(yīng)從實(shí)用、美觀、文化挖掘的深度、企業(yè)形象圖片等方面來(lái)評(píng)判。本項(xiàng)目所采用的是目前國(guó)際上最先進(jìn)的印刷工藝,所涉及到的輸出流程是：設(shè)計(jì)制作→出片打樣→拼版菲林曬版→上機(jī)印刷→折頁(yè)裝訂→配頁(yè)膠訂→裁切成品；運(yùn)用到的特殊工藝有：起凸(起鼓),印金,局部UV,燙金等。尤其在菲林曬版上使用的多色分曬技術(shù)更是印刷技術(shù)上的創(chuàng)新突破。本項(xiàng)目關(guān)系到企業(yè)形象的推廣,直接影響到企業(yè)的品牌價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。通過(guò)對(duì)以上方向的設(shè)計(jì)制作,較好地闡釋了廣西惠佳信集團(tuán)企業(yè)文化的良性發(fā)展,達(dá)到了以企業(yè)文化發(fā)展為中心,提高企業(yè)美譽(yù)度的目的。該項(xiàng)目所實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能就是把企業(yè)的價(jià)值觀全面、有力、清晰地傳遞給用戶,并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌價(jià)值和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的雙豐收。
