【摘要】：探討以棉、木棉、再生滌綸及再用棉等低成本材料為主要原料生產(chǎn)彩色墻衣裝飾紗的生產(chǎn)工藝要點(diǎn)。依據(jù)"特粗號(hào)數(shù)設(shè)計(jì),大捻度配置,鮮艷色調(diào)搭配"的設(shè)計(jì)理念,選擇粗紗成紗的工藝設(shè)計(jì)方案,在粗紗工序上通過設(shè)備改造拓展粗紗加捻和牽伸設(shè)計(jì)范圍,加大粗紗捻度,縮小牽伸倍數(shù),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)粗紗成紗的特粗號(hào)紡紗工藝;優(yōu)化染色工藝,有效增加了染料助劑的勻染性和滲透性,同時(shí)保證了色白相配的AB紗效果。紡制出的彩色墻衣裝飾紗抱合緊密,色彩鮮艷,符合墻衣裝飾用紗的要求。認(rèn)為:彩色墻衣裝飾紗附加價(jià)值高,變廢為寶,環(huán)保節(jié)能。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the main production technology of colored wall coat decorative yarn using cotton, kapok, recycled polyester and reused cotton as main raw materials. According to the design concept of "extra coarse number design, large twist configuration, bright color collocation", the process design scheme of roving yarn is selected. The roving twist and drafting design range is expanded through the equipment transformation in the roving process, and the roving twist is increased. The drafting multiple is reduced to realize the extra coarse number spinning process of roving yarn. By optimizing dyeing process, the evenness and penetrability of dye auxiliaries are increased effectively, and the effect of AB yarn with white color is ensured at the same time. The colored wall-coat decorative yarn is tightly clasped and brightly colored, and meets the requirements of the wall-coat decoration yarn. It is considered that the decorative yarn of color wall coat has high added value, turning waste into treasure, and environmental protection and energy saving.
