【摘要】：采用恒溫測(cè)試箱法采集汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料釋放的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物,利用Nutech預(yù)濃縮儀對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行三級(jí)VOC富集,然后用GC-MS法(氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜法)對(duì)汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料釋放的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯進(jìn)行了測(cè)定,檢出限低于2.0μg/m3。實(shí)驗(yàn)選擇皮革表皮、橡膠密封條、灰色無(wú)紡布、海棉和儀表盤(pán)五種汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料,進(jìn)行揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物含量的測(cè)定,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析和討論。結(jié)果表明五種汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料均不同程度地釋放揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物,其中熱塑性材料儀表盤(pán)釋放出的TVOC含量最高,橡膠密封條的TVOC釋放量也較高,皮革表皮和灰色無(wú)紡布釋放的甲苯較多,而消音材料海綿主要釋放出二甲苯。汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料釋放揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物的情況復(fù)雜,因此,探索和建立有效的汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料有害物質(zhì)檢測(cè)方法,對(duì)于選擇低毒環(huán)保的汽車(chē)內(nèi)部裝飾材料非常有意義。
[Abstract]:The volatile organic compounds released from automobile interior decoration materials were collected by the method of constant temperature test box, and the samples were enriched with VOC by Nutech preconcentration instrument. Then the volatile organic compounds (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene) released from automobile interior decoration materials were determined by GC-MS (gas chromatography-mass spectrometry). The detection limit was less than 2.0 渭 g / m ~ (3). Five kinds of automotive interior decoration materials, leather skin, rubber seal, grey non-woven fabric, sponge and instrument panel, were selected to determine the content of volatile organic compounds, and the results were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that all of the five automotive interior decoration materials released volatile organic compounds to varying degrees, among which the thermoplastic material instrument panel released the highest amount of TVOC, and the TVOC release from rubber seal strips was also higher. More toluene was released from leather skin and grey non-woven fabric, while xylene was mainly released from silencing material sponge. The release of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from automotive interior decoration materials is complex. Therefore, it is very significant to explore and establish effective detection methods for harmful substances in automobile interior decoration materials, which are low toxicity and environmental protection.
