無紡布增強(qiáng)裝飾薄木的柔韌性研究

【摘要】:選用不同配比的聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液和脲醛樹脂膠,制備無紡布增強(qiáng)裝飾薄木,分析影響其柔韌性的主要工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,采用聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液膠,在涂膠量30g/m2、熱壓溫度115℃、熱壓時(shí)間150s的條件下,無紡布增強(qiáng)裝飾薄木的柔韌性最優(yōu),且橫向抗拉強(qiáng)度顯著提高,達(dá)到薄木自身強(qiáng)度的5~8倍,滿足木制品異形貼面要求。
[Abstract]:Non-woven reinforced decorative wood was prepared by using polyvinyl acetate emulsion and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with different ratios. The main technological parameters affecting its flexibility were analyzed. The results showed that the flexibility and transverse tensile strength of decorative wood reinforced by polyvinyl acetate emulsion were optimized under the conditions of coating amount 30g / m ~ 2, hot pressing temperature 115 鈩,
