【摘要】：選用不同配比的聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液和脲醛樹脂膠,制備無紡布增強(qiáng)裝飾薄木,分析影響其柔韌性的主要工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明,采用聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液膠,在涂膠量30g/m2、熱壓溫度115℃、熱壓時(shí)間150s的條件下,無紡布增強(qiáng)裝飾薄木的柔韌性最優(yōu),且橫向抗拉強(qiáng)度顯著提高,達(dá)到薄木自身強(qiáng)度的5～8倍,滿足木制品異形貼面要求。
[Abstract]:Non-woven reinforced decorative wood was prepared by using polyvinyl acetate emulsion and urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with different ratios. The main technological parameters affecting its flexibility were analyzed.
