【摘要】：控制建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目的成本不僅可以降低成本、提高效益,還可以創(chuàng)造一定的社會(huì)價(jià)值。論文是項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的子系統(tǒng),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目效益后評(píng)價(jià)對(duì)項(xiàng)目過程后評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究。目前這種將建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目的效益后評(píng)價(jià)和過程后評(píng)價(jià)相結(jié)合的成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià)研究較少,為此,論文在綜合項(xiàng)目效益后評(píng)價(jià)和過程后評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)例,對(duì)建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià)問題進(jìn)行研究。 論文簡要回顧了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究狀況,結(jié)合建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)探討了項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)中的成本控制和過程后評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)問題,明確界定了建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)容。針對(duì)建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目各個(gè)階段成本控制的影響因素進(jìn)行了深入分析,并以展廳裝飾裝修工程項(xiàng)目成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià)為例,構(gòu)建了該項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)工程管理成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為提高論文的科學(xué)性,在結(jié)合具有專家經(jīng)驗(yàn)知識(shí)優(yōu)點(diǎn)的德爾菲法基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用定性與定量相結(jié)合的層次分析法與模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法于展廳裝飾裝修工程項(xiàng)目成本控制過程后評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)過程后評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)權(quán)重和評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論進(jìn)行深入的對(duì)比分析。然后,通過總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)展廳裝飾裝修工程項(xiàng)目成本控制全過程出現(xiàn)的問題提出了相應(yīng)建議,這些建議為今后建筑行業(yè)學(xué)者進(jìn)行深入細(xì)致研究提供了一定的理論依據(jù),旨在對(duì)建筑裝修工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中有效運(yùn)用成本提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Controlling the cost of construction and decoration project can not only reduce the cost, improve the benefit, but also create certain social value. This paper is a subsystem of project post-evaluation, and studies the post-evaluation of project process combined with the post-evaluation of project benefit. At present, the research on cost control process post-evaluation which combines the benefit post evaluation and the process post evaluation of the construction and decoration project is less. Therefore, the thesis is based on the relevant theories of the comprehensive project benefit post evaluation and the process post evaluation. Based on the example of building decoration project, the post evaluation of cost control process of building decoration project is studied. This paper briefly reviews the research situation at home and abroad, and discusses in detail the cost control and process post-evaluation in the post-project evaluation, combined with the characteristics of the construction and decoration project. The concept and content of post-evaluation of cost control process of construction decoration project are clearly defined. In this paper, the factors influencing the cost control in every stage of the construction and decoration project are analyzed, and the post-evaluation of the cost control process of the decoration and decoration project in the exhibition hall is taken as an example. The post-evaluation index system and evaluation standard of the system engineering management cost control process of the project are constructed. In order to improve the scientific nature of the paper, based on the Delphi method, which has the advantage of expert experience and knowledge, This paper applies the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the post evaluation of the cost control process of the exhibition hall decoration and decoration project, and makes a deep comparative analysis of the weight of the evaluation index and the evaluation conclusion. Then, through summing up the experience, the paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the whole process of cost control of the decoration and decoration project of exhibition hall, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the further and meticulous research of the construction industry scholars in the future. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the effective use of cost in the implementation of construction and decoration projects.
