【摘要】：目的為了解決傳統(tǒng)裝飾原紙大量加填所導致的填料流失嚴重、成紙強度較低和印刷適性不理想的問題。方法實驗以傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工藝為基礎(chǔ),減少原紙在抄造過程中的加填量,通過對紙張進行涂布來提高其質(zhì)量。對裝飾原紙表面進行涂布后檢測涂布裝飾原紙的物理性能和印刷適性,并采用PDA動態(tài)滲透特性分析儀研究裝飾原紙的表面孔隙開放程度和內(nèi)部孔隙大小情況。結(jié)果涂布裝飾原紙與市售高檔裝飾原紙相比,白度提高了0.6%,粗糙度下降了6%,勻度提高了33%,抗拉強度提高了340%,印刷色密度在暗調(diào)部分提高了21%,中間調(diào)部分提高了29%,亮調(diào)部分提高了55%。結(jié)論當原紙內(nèi)鈦白粉加填的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為20%,涂料中二氧化鈦和瓷土質(zhì)量比為50∶50~60∶40之間的涂布裝飾原紙的各項性能得到改善。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the problems of serious loss of packing, low strength of finished paper and poor printing adaptability caused by large amount of filling in traditional decorative base paper. Methods the experiment is based on the traditional production technology to reduce the addition of the base paper in the process of copying and to improve the quality of the paper by coating it. After coating the decorative base paper, the physical properties and printing suitability of the decorative base paper were tested, and the opening degree of the surface pore and the internal pore size of the decorative base paper were studied by PDA dynamic permeation characteristic analyzer. Results compared with the high-grade decorative base paper sold in the market, the coated decorative base paper, The whiteness increased 0.6, the roughness decreased by 6 percent, the evenness increased by 33, the tensile strength increased by 340, the printing color density increased by 21 in the dark part, the middle by 29, and the bright by 55. Conclusion when the mass fraction of titanium dioxide in the base paper is 20, the properties of the coated decorative base paper with the mass ratio of titanium dioxide to porcelain clay between 50: 50 and 60: 40 are improved.
