新型模塊化裝飾面板研究

【摘要】:提出一種固定于建筑墻體之上的新型模塊化裝飾面板的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)模塊化裝飾面板設(shè)計(jì)方法的適用性進(jìn)行分析。選取一室內(nèi)功能空間的墻體為例,將其進(jìn)行模塊化裝飾面板的布設(shè),提出了模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與安裝方法,通過調(diào)整模塊單元布局并進(jìn)行模塊連接構(gòu)件的受力分析。利用新型模塊化裝飾面板進(jìn)行建筑空間模塊墻體的鋪設(shè)與安裝是完全可行的,具有拆裝便利、施工快捷、成本低廉、節(jié)能環(huán)保等特點(diǎn),符合城市生態(tài)環(huán)境綠色發(fā)展的理念、國(guó)家住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化和建筑節(jié)能減排的要求。
[Abstract]:The design of a new type of modular decorative panel fixed on the building wall is presented, and the applicability of the modular decorative panel design method is analyzed. Taking the wall of an indoor functional space as an example, this paper designs and installs the modular structure of a modular decorative panel. By adjusting the layout of the module unit and analyzing the force of the module connecting member, the design and installation method of the modular structure is put forward. It is completely feasible to use the new modular decorative panel to lay and install the building space module wall. It has the characteristics of convenient disassembly, quick construction, low cost, energy saving and environmental protection. It is in line with the concept of green development of urban ecological environment. National housing industrialization and building energy conservation and emission reduction requirements.
