【摘要】：斑銅工藝是云南省特有的民間傳統(tǒng)金屬工藝,在金屬工藝品家族中,它以絕無(wú)僅有的“斑”紋和獨(dú)特的制作技術(shù)獨(dú)樹(shù)一幟,成為眾多工藝品中一枝獨(dú)秀的奇葩。經(jīng)歷了近300年的曲折發(fā)展,斑銅工藝吸收了云南多元文化的營(yíng)養(yǎng),融合了不同時(shí)期的社會(huì)文化、工藝美術(shù)和審美觀(guān)念,形成了具有款型豐富、風(fēng)格多樣、檔次齊全等特點(diǎn)的藝術(shù)形式。 云南斑銅工藝品有著明顯的地域性、文化性和歷史性,承載著深厚的文化內(nèi)涵；它豐富多彩的藝術(shù)形式集我國(guó)幾千年來(lái)多種工藝美術(shù)形式于一身；精湛的金屬加工工藝更是一項(xiàng)值得深入研究的內(nèi)容。 通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱和在昆明、會(huì)澤兩個(gè)斑銅主要產(chǎn)地的實(shí)地調(diào)研,作者對(duì)云南斑銅工藝的曲折發(fā)展歷程和藝術(shù)風(fēng)格的流變作了較為系統(tǒng)的整理,力圖使人們對(duì)斑銅工藝多元藝術(shù)風(fēng)格的形成背景有一個(gè)較全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。 在了解其風(fēng)格形成的基礎(chǔ)上,文章主要從表現(xiàn)內(nèi)容、表現(xiàn)手法和表現(xiàn)形式三個(gè)方面入手,對(duì)云南斑銅工藝品的形態(tài)種類(lèi)、材質(zhì)肌理特征、裝飾形式、裝飾形象、造型及裝飾手法等藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的分析,并探討了“生斑”、“會(huì)澤熟斑”、“昆明熟斑”這三個(gè)較具代表性的斑銅工藝品之間藝術(shù)風(fēng)格的差異,對(duì)云南斑銅工藝品的外在表現(xiàn)和內(nèi)在精神文化有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)。除了藝術(shù)風(fēng)格外,制作工藝也是云南斑銅工藝造型與裝飾藝術(shù)的重要組成部分,在分析藝術(shù)表現(xiàn)的同時(shí),本文對(duì)云南斑銅工藝中的造型及裝飾工藝也做了詳細(xì)的介紹。 作為云南的特有工藝,斑銅工藝不僅是云南多元文化的載體,也是云南特色的代表之一。對(duì)云南斑銅工藝造型及裝飾藝術(shù)的研究能夠增進(jìn)人們對(duì)這一傳統(tǒng)工藝的了解,然而,在了解其價(jià)值的同時(shí),我們更應(yīng)該考慮到其價(jià)值的延續(xù)。通過(guò)在昆明斑銅廠(chǎng)的長(zhǎng)期實(shí)踐,文章最后以昆明斑銅廠(chǎng)為例,分析了斑銅產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和不足,從設(shè)計(jì)的角度對(duì)斑銅工藝的現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展提出積極建議。
[Abstract]:Copper spot is a unique folk metal craft in Yunnan Province. In the metal handicraft family, it is unique in "spot" pattern and unique production technology, and has become a unique flower among many handicrafts. After nearly 300 years of tortuous development, the copper patchwork absorbs the nutrition of Yunnan's multiculturalism, integrates the social culture, arts and crafts and aesthetic concepts of different periods, and forms a rich style and diverse style. The artistic form with complete grades and other characteristics. Yunnan copper handicraft has obvious regional, cultural and historical, bearing profound cultural connotations, its rich and colorful art form is a variety of arts and crafts in China for thousands of years in one form; The exquisite metal working technology is a content worthy of further study. Based on literature review and field investigation of the two main producing areas of copper in Kunming and Huize, the author made a systematic arrangement of the tortuous development process and the change of artistic style of the copper spot in Yunnan. The author tries to make people have a comprehensive understanding of the formation background of the multi-artistic style of copper spot craft. On the basis of understanding the formation of its style, the article mainly from the performance content, expression technique and form of three aspects, the shape of Yunnan copper handicrafts, material texture characteristics, decorative form, decorative image, The artistic expressions such as modeling and decoration techniques are analyzed in detail, and the differences of artistic styles among the three representative bronze handicrafts, such as "green spot", "Huize cooked spot" and "Kunming cooked spot", are discussed. There is a systematic summary of the external performance and internal spiritual culture of Yunnan's copper handicrafts. In addition to the art style, the production process is also an important part of Yunnan copper technology modeling and decorative art. In the analysis of art performance, this paper also made a detailed introduction to the Yunnan copper technology modeling and decoration technology. As a unique process in Yunnan, copper patchwork is not only the carrier of Yunnan multiculturalism, but also the representative of Yunnan characteristics. The study of Yunnan copper craftsmanship and decorative art can enhance people's understanding of this traditional craft. However, we should consider the continuation of its value at the same time as we understand its value. Through the long term practice in Kunming spot copper factory, taking Kunming spot copper factory as an example, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of spot copper industrialization, and puts forward some positive suggestions on the development of spot copper technology modern industrialization from the point of view of design.
