【摘要】： 項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理和質(zhì)量管理是應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方式方法在工程項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程中,對(duì)各個(gè)階段的進(jìn)展情況和完成期限及完成質(zhì)量所進(jìn)行的管理。勞模修養(yǎng)樓裝修工程是由遼陽(yáng)市湯河溫泉職工療養(yǎng)院投資興建,具有要求高,工期短,涉及的專業(yè)技術(shù)工種多,各個(gè)工種、各個(gè)工序間關(guān)系密切,間隔周期短,要求交叉配合等基本特點(diǎn)。本文應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理理論中項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量管理的先進(jìn)理念及方法對(duì)工程的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行科學(xué)控制。根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn),對(duì)工程建設(shè)過(guò)程中的設(shè)計(jì)階段、采購(gòu)階段、施工階段進(jìn)行了綜合分析。依照進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量目標(biāo),采取平行施工、“快速路徑”法、流水施工等多種方法來(lái)完成計(jì)劃。利用組織措施、技術(shù)措施、經(jīng)濟(jì)措施、合同措施等手段為裝飾施工項(xiàng)目中的進(jìn)度控制和質(zhì)量管理提供積極有效的幫助,旨在探索一條行之有效的裝飾工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度及質(zhì)量控制途徑。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management and quality management is the management of the progress, completion deadline and quality of each stage in the implementation of the project by applying the method of project management. The model building decoration project is built by investment of Tanghe spa sanatorium in Liaoyang city. It has high requirements, short construction period, many kinds of professional and technical work, close relationship between each working procedure, short interval period, Basic features such as cross-matching are required. In this paper, the advanced concepts and methods of project schedule and quality management in the theory of project management are applied to scientifically control the progress and quality of the project. According to the characteristics of the project, the design stage, purchasing stage and construction stage in the process of construction are comprehensively analyzed. According to the progress and quality target, parallel construction, "fast path" method, flow construction and other methods are adopted to complete the plan. The use of organizational measures, technical measures, economic measures, contract measures and other means for decorative construction projects progress control and quality management to provide active and effective help, In order to explore an effective decorative engineering project progress and quality control approach.
