【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),“信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化”的發(fā)展思路加速了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。企業(yè)實(shí)施信息化積極性顯著地提高,為物流管理信息化提供了良好的機(jī)遇。尤其是近幾年來,隨著貿(mào)易的全球化和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的一體化,中國(guó)逐漸成為世界制造中心和采購(gòu)中心,物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,物流作為企業(yè)的“第三利潤(rùn)源泉”也因此在各行各業(yè)受到重視。在這種背景下,裝飾布行業(yè)在加快改造、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)過程中同樣迫切需要利用信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)物流過程的貫通,以達(dá)到快速響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化、優(yōu)化配置物流資源、提高物流服務(wù)水平和降低物流成本的目的。為此,本文在項(xiàng)目的支撐下提出的研究課題對(duì)提高裝飾布企業(yè)物流管理水平及信息化水平,進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有一定的理論研究意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。 本文首先是對(duì)物流、物流管理信息系統(tǒng)及其國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、意義進(jìn)行了介紹,為論文的展開奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后著重對(duì)庫(kù)存控制和成本管理這兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了深入的探討和分析,為后續(xù)物流管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供理論指導(dǎo)。最后,在全面收集分析了某裝飾布公司物流資料,充分了解企業(yè)有關(guān)信息的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了裝飾布企業(yè)物流管理信息系統(tǒng)的總體方案,由于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的原因,著重設(shè)計(jì)了原料庫(kù)存子系統(tǒng),具體包括系統(tǒng)的軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、軟硬件環(huán)境及系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)等。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, the development of information-driven industrialization accelerates the development of enterprises. The enthusiasm of enterprise informatization has been improved significantly, which provides a good opportunity for logistics management informatization. Especially in recent years, with the globalization of trade and the integration of the world economy, China has gradually become the world manufacturing center and procurement center, and the logistics industry has developed rapidly. Logistics as the third profit source of enterprises is therefore attached importance to in various industries. Under this background, in order to respond to market changes quickly and optimize the allocation of logistics resources, it is also urgent to use information system to realize the whole logistics process in the process of industry upgrading in order to accelerate the transformation of decorative cloth industry. The purpose of improving logistics service level and reducing logistics cost. Therefore, the research subject proposed in this paper under the support of the project has certain theoretical research significance and practical value to improve the logistics management level and informatization level of decorative cloth enterprises, and then to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, this paper introduces the logistics, logistics management information system and its research status at home and abroad, which lays a foundation for the development of the paper. Then the paper discusses and analyzes the two aspects of inventory control and cost management in order to provide theoretical guidance for the development of logistics management information system. Finally, on the basis of collecting and analyzing the logistics information of a decorative cloth company and fully understanding the relevant information of the enterprise, the overall scheme of the logistics management information system of the decorative cloth enterprise is put forward, because of the reason of the project schedule, The material inventory subsystem is mainly designed, including the system software architecture, network topology, hardware and software environment and business process design, system module, database design and so on.
