釩酸鉍黃色陶瓷裝飾顏料的制備及其呈色性能的研究

【摘要】:BiVO_4是一種呈色性能較好的黃色顏料。因為它具有耐色性好、色澤明亮、無毒、無污染等優(yōu)越性能,因此環(huán)境友好型顏料將會逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的黃色顏料。本文以EDTA、檸檬酸鈉與乙酰丙酮為螯合劑,用固相法、燃燒法、水熱法以及微波水熱法制備了BiVO_4顏料、Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)顏料和Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)顏料;并分別討論了四種制備方法、三種添加劑、添加劑加入量以及熱處理過程對BiVO_4顏料、Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)顏料和Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)顏料呈色性能的影響。 當添加劑為乙酰丙酮時,不同制備方法合成的BiVO_4產(chǎn)物主相為單斜相。BiVO_4產(chǎn)物的主要形貌有由納米片組裝而成的塊狀顆粒、片狀顆粒和十面體形的顆粒,顆粒尺寸約在2-5μm之間;其中微波水熱法制得的BiVO_4產(chǎn)物具有最好的呈色性能,b*值、C值和L*值分別為80.40、80.53和85.88,此時對應(yīng)的色度坐標為x=0.4549,y=0.4654。 當制備方法為固相法時,BiVO_4產(chǎn)物主相為單斜相。不同添加劑制備BiVO_4產(chǎn)物的主要形貌有規(guī)則形狀的塊體,大小在0.5-0.8μm之間;棒狀,長度約2-4μm;納米片組裝而成的塊狀顆粒,大小在3-5μm。其中無添加劑制備BiVO_4產(chǎn)物的b*值與L*值最大,分別為86.67和80.08。 當制備方法為微波水熱法時,加入不同量EDTA制備的BiVO_4產(chǎn)物為單一純凈的單斜相,形貌為小顆粒構(gòu)成的球形。當EDTA添加量達到2g時,BiVO_4產(chǎn)物b*值和L*值最大,分別為45.13和57.68。熱處理后BiVO_4產(chǎn)物主相為單斜相。對于固相法與微波水熱法,熱處理后,BiVO*4產(chǎn)物b值分別從71.03和80.04降低到63.06和55.80;對于燃燒法與水熱法,熱處理后,BiVO_4產(chǎn)物b*值分別從35.54和61.53提高到62.11和65.30。 當添加劑為乙酰丙酮時,Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)產(chǎn)物為四方相與單斜相的共混雜相,形貌為扁圓球形,直徑在1-3μm之間。EDTA和檸檬酸鈉輔助制備Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物主相為單斜相。EDTA輔助制備Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物形貌為球形,大小約在2-4μm之間;檸檬酸鈉輔助制備Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物形貌為棒狀,長度約3μm左右,寬度在1μm左右,且其b*值與C值最大,分別為69.58和69.77。當La摻雜量x=0.02時,b*值與C值最大,分別為45.46和45.46,,此時對應(yīng)的色度坐標為x=0.3930,y=0.4142。乙酰丙酮輔助制備Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)熱處理后,b*值從45.64提高50.97;EDTA和檸檬酸鈉輔助制備Bi_(1-x)La_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)煅燒后,b*值分別從50.14和69.58下降到42.63和47.84。 當Ce的摻雜量x=0.02~0.1時,Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4產(chǎn)物為純凈單一的單斜相。Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0~0.1)產(chǎn)物形貌為十面體形,長度在2-3μm之間,高度約為1μm。當Ce摻雜量x=0時,有最大的b*值和C值,分別為71.97和73.05,此時對應(yīng)的色度坐標為x=0.4647,y=0.4481。乙酰丙酮輔助制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物形貌為十面體形;EDTA輔助制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物形貌為四葉片形;檸檬酸鈉輔助制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物形貌為片狀組成的塊體。無添加劑制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物b*值最大,可達67.30。檸檬酸鈉輔助制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)熱處理后,b*值從32.77提高到45.79;EDTA和乙酰丙酮輔助制備Bi_(1-x)Ce_xVO_4(x=0.02)產(chǎn)物經(jīng)煅燒后,b*值分別從33.15和60.55下降到29.70和55.42。
[Abstract]:BiVO_4 is a kind of yellow pigment with good color rendering performance.Because of its good color resistance, bright color, non-toxic, non-polluting and other advantages, environmental friendly pigments will gradually replace the traditional yellow pigments.In this paper, EDTA, sodium citrate and acetylacetone as chelating agents, using solid phase method, combustion method, hydrothermal method and microwave hydrothermal method. BiVO_4 pigments, Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x = 0-0.1) pigmentand Bi_ (1-x) Ce xVO_4 (x = 0-0.1) pigmentand Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x = 0-0.1) pigmentwere prepared, and four preparation methods, three kinds of addadditives, the amount of additive and the heat treatment process for BiVO_4 pigment, Biu (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x = 0-Ce Ce 0.1) piand Bi\u (1-x) CeCeVO_4 (x = 0-0.1) pigmentand Biu (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x = 0-x The influence of color rendering property of the material.
When the additive is acetylacetone, the main phase of BiVO_4 synthesized by different methods is monoclinic. The main morphologies of BiVO_4 products are block particles assembled by nanosheets, flake particles and decahedral particles with particle sizes ranging from 2 to 5 microns. The b* value, C value and L* value are 80.40,80.53 and 85.88, respectively. The corresponding chromatic coordinates are x=0.4549, y=0.4654..
The main phase of BiVO_4 product is monoclinic phase when the preparation method is solid phase. The main morphology of BiVO_4 product prepared by different additives is regular block with size between 0.5-0.8 micron; rod-like, length about 2-4 micron; nanosheet-assembled block particles with size of 3-5 micron. Among them, the b* value and L* value of BiVO_4 product prepared by non-additives are the largest. They were 86.67 and 80.08., respectively.
When the preparation method is microwave hydrothermal method, the BiVO_4 products prepared by adding different amounts of EDTA are monoclinic and spherical in shape. When the amount of EDTA reaches 2 g, the B * and L * values of BiVO_4 products are maximum, which are 45.13 and 57.68 respectively. After heat treatment, the main phase of BiVO_4 products is monoclinic. After heat treatment, the product b value of BiVO * 4 decreased from 71.03 and 80.04 to 63.06 and 55.80 respectively; for combustion method and hydrothermal method, the product b * value of BiVO * 4 increased from 35.54 and 61.53 to 62.11 and 65.30 respectively.
When the additive is acetylacetone, the product of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0~0.1) is a blend of tetragonal phase and monoclinic phase. The morphology of the product is flattened spherical and its diameter is between 1-3 micron. The main phase of the product of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) is monoclinic. The morphology of the product of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) is spherical and its size is about 0.02. The product of sodium citrate-assisted preparation of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) has a rod-like morphology, a length of about 3 microns and a width of about 1 micron. The maximum values of B * and C are 69.58 and 69.77, respectively. When the doping amount of La is x=0.02, the maximum values of B * and C are 45.46 and 45.46, respectively, and the corresponding chromaticity coordinates are x=0.3930, y=0.4142. After heat treatment, the b* value of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by ketone-assisted method increased by 50.97 from 45.64; after calcination, the b* value of Bi_ (1-x) La_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by EDTA and sodium citrate-assisted method decreased from 50.14 and 69.58 to 42.63 and 47.84.02, respectively.
When the content of Ce is between 0.02 and 0.1, the product of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 is pure monoclinic phase. The morphology of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0-0.1) is decahedron, the length is between 2-3 micron and the height is about 1 micron. When the content of Ce is between x=0, the maximum b * value and C value are 71.97 and 73.05 respectively, and the corresponding chroma coordinates are x=0.4647, y=0.4481. The product morphology of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by ketone-assisted method is decahedron; the product morphology of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by EDTA-assisted method is quadruple leaf; the product morphology of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by sodium citrate-assisted method is flaky. After heat treatment, the b* value of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by sodium citrate-assisted method increased from 32.77 to 45.79; after calcination, the b* value of Bi_ (1-x) Ce_xVO_4 (x=0.02) prepared by EDTA and acetylacetone-assisted method decreased from 33.15 and 60.55 to 29.70 and 55.42.02, respectively.
