【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,越來越多地關(guān)注自身,“綠色健康”已成為人們普遍的追求。竹藤材料以其天然的環(huán)保性、堅韌而富有彈性的物理性能以及速生成材的特點,成為家具的優(yōu)良用材。竹藤家以其古樸的手工技藝,迎合了當今人們返璞歸真、追求個性化的內(nèi)在需求。在國際范圍內(nèi),竹藤家具在持續(xù)升溫。我國是最早使用竹藤的國家,竹藤家具有著非常悠久的歷史。近年來,國內(nèi)竹藤家具產(chǎn)業(yè)雖也有所發(fā)展,但總體而言,仍比較滯后,難以適應(yīng)市場和工業(yè)化的需求。因而,在繼承與發(fā)揚傳統(tǒng)技藝的基礎(chǔ)上,充分利用現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù),不斷研制開發(fā)新的竹藤家具,實現(xiàn)大規(guī)模工業(yè)化制造,滿足市場需求,顯得尤為意義深遠。 本文從竹藤家具裝飾藝術(shù)與結(jié)合方法兩個方面著手。在裝飾藝術(shù)方面,較為系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)了我國傳統(tǒng)竹藤家具裝飾藝術(shù)的基本類型,進而提出一些新的裝飾方法,使之更趨完善,并有利于現(xiàn)代工業(yè)化制造。 竹藤家具的結(jié)合方法對實現(xiàn)其工業(yè)化大批量制造、儲存及過程運輸有著關(guān)鍵作用,也是本文探討的重點與創(chuàng)新點。目前竹藤家具的結(jié)合方法,主要是采用傳統(tǒng)的捆扎結(jié)合法,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)效率低、生產(chǎn)周期長、搬運困難、儲藏倉庫大、運輸成本高及產(chǎn)品損壞率高等缺點,嚴重制約了竹藤家具企業(yè)的發(fā)展。為此,對竹藤家具的部件可拆裝化進行了較為深入地探討,根據(jù)家具的使用功能,將原來的整體家具拆分為平面構(gòu)件、曲面構(gòu)件和線狀構(gòu)件三種基本部件形式,并對這幾種部件的形式作了較為系統(tǒng)地分類。各種部件可采用傳統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和裝飾藝術(shù),可用傳統(tǒng)的制造工藝;同時又有造型變化的靈活性,可用現(xiàn)代設(shè)備實現(xiàn)柔性生產(chǎn)。 竹藤家具采用可拆裝式結(jié)構(gòu),除需實現(xiàn)部件化制造外,尚須使用特制的金屬連接件,方能實現(xiàn)。為此,特設(shè)計出了螺栓貫通連接件、倒刺螺母連接件、“L”型弧面連接件、套筒連接件、金屬套腳5種類型的新型金屬連接件,并初步確定了連接件的結(jié)合參數(shù),因而能保障竹藤家具拆裝的實施。 同時,本文還較系統(tǒng)地探討了竹藤家具的設(shè)計原則,詳細地總結(jié)歸納了制造竹藤家具常用竹藤的種類、性能。為竹藤家具的設(shè)計與制造提供了可靠的理論依據(jù)及選材資料。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and more attention to themselves, "Green Health" has become a universal pursuit. Bamboo and rattan material has become an excellent material for furniture because of its natural environmental protection, tough and elastic physical properties and the characteristics of fast growing wood. Bamboo-rattan family, with its simple craft, caters to the inherent demand of people returning to nature and pursuing individuation. In the international scope, bamboo and rattan furniture continues to heat up. China is the first country to use bamboo and rattan, bamboo and rattan furniture has a very long history. In recent years, the domestic bamboo and rattan furniture industry has also developed, but overall, still lags behind, it is difficult to meet the needs of market and industrialization. Therefore, on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the traditional technology, it is of great significance to make full use of modern science and technology, to develop new bamboo and rattan furniture, to realize large-scale industrialized manufacture and to meet the market demand. This article from the bamboo rattan furniture decoration art and the union method two aspects to begin. In the aspect of decorative art, the basic types of traditional bamboo and rattan furniture decoration art in our country are summarized systematically, and some new decoration methods are put forward to make it more perfect and beneficial to modern industrialization manufacture. The combination of bamboo and rattan furniture plays a key role in industrial mass manufacturing, storage and transportation, and is also the focus and innovation of this paper. At present, the combination method of bamboo and rattan furniture mainly adopts the traditional binding method, which results in low production efficiency, long production cycle, difficult handling, large storage warehouse, high transportation cost and high product damage rate, etc. Seriously restricted the development of bamboo and rattan furniture enterprises. Therefore, the detachability of the components of bamboo and rattan furniture is discussed deeply. According to the function of furniture, the original integral furniture is divided into three basic components: plane component, curved member and linear component. The forms of these components are systematically classified. All kinds of components can adopt traditional structure and decorative art, can be made by traditional manufacturing technology, and have the flexibility of modeling change, and they can be produced flexibly by modern equipment. Bamboo and rattan furniture adopts detachable structure. Besides component manufacture, special metal connectors must be used before it can be realized. For this reason, five kinds of new metal connectors, such as bolt through connection, inverted nut connection, "L" type arc connection, sleeve connection and metal sleeve foot, have been designed, and the bonding parameters of the connection have been preliminarily determined. As a result, the implementation of bamboo and rattan furniture disassembly and assembly can be guaranteed. At the same time, the design principles of bamboo and rattan furniture are systematically discussed, and the types and properties of bamboo and rattan are summarized in detail. It provides reliable theoretical basis and material selection for the design and manufacture of bamboo and rattan furniture.
