【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)中山市新裝修家居場(chǎng)所空氣質(zhì)量檢測(cè)和居民健康狀況問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,研究新裝修家居場(chǎng)所的空氣污染狀況和對(duì)居民健康的影響。方法對(duì)中山市75戶次300點(diǎn)次的家居場(chǎng)所監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)分析、75名新裝修場(chǎng)所居住者和145名非新裝修場(chǎng)所居住者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果新裝修家居場(chǎng)所甲醛污染嚴(yán)重,點(diǎn)次合格率和戶次合格率分別為64.33%和52.00%;新裝修家居場(chǎng)所居住者的流淚、眼痛、眼癢、眼干、異味、咳嗽、嗓子干、頭暈、易疲勞、皮膚粗糙及惡心共11項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的陽(yáng)性率高于非新裝修場(chǎng)所居住者(P小于0.05);甲醛超標(biāo)組調(diào)查對(duì)象的流淚、眼癢、眼干、異味、嗓子干、皮膚粗糙共6項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的陽(yáng)性率高于甲醛未超標(biāo)組(P小于0.05)。結(jié)論新裝修家居場(chǎng)所對(duì)健康的影響種類多樣;新裝修的家居場(chǎng)所甲醛污染嚴(yán)重,引起的健康效應(yīng)主要為眼部和喉部刺激癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the air pollution and its effect on the health of the newly decorated home in Zhongshan City by means of the air quality test and the survey of the residents' health status. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 75 newly decorated residents and 145 non-newly decorated households in Zhongshan City. Results the formaldehyde pollution in newly decorated home was serious, the qualified rate of spot and household was 64.33% and 52.00 respectively, the residents of newly decorated home had tears, eye pain, itching, dry eyes, bad smell, cough, dry throat, dizziness and easy fatigue. The positive rate of 11 indexes of skin roughness and nausea was higher than that of non-newly decorated residents (P < 0.05), and the subjects in the formaldehyde over-standard group had tears, itchy eyes, dry eyes, odorous eyes, dry throat, dry eyes, dry eyes and dry throat. The positive rate of 6 indexes of rough skin was higher than that of formaldehyde group (P < 0.05). Conclusion there are various kinds of health effects in newly decorated home sites, and formaldehyde pollution in newly decorated home sites is serious, and the health effects are mainly caused by ocular and laryngeal irritation symptoms.
