【摘要】：采用恒溫測試箱法加熱汽車內(nèi)部裝飾材料1 h,使其釋放出醛類物質,利用DNPH(2,4-二硝基苯肼)管對恒溫測試箱內(nèi)氣體進行醛類物質的采樣,用HPLC法(高效液相色譜法)進行分析。檢出限低于2.0μg/m3。選擇五種汽車內(nèi)部裝飾材料,進行醛類物質甲醛和乙醛含量的測定,并對結果進行了分析和討論。
[Abstract]:The interior decoration material of automobile was heated by constant temperature test box for 1 hour to release aldehydes. The gases in the constant temperature test box were sampled by DNPH tube and analyzed by HPLC method (high performance liquid chromatography). The detection limit is below 2.0 渭 g / m ~ (3). The contents of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in five kinds of automotive interior decoration materials were determined and the results were analyzed and discussed.
