【摘要】：正PVC(聚氯乙烯)裝飾膜因木紋感逼真、耐磨性優(yōu)異以及光澤柔和等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而廣泛應(yīng)用于木制家具的表面裝飾,隨著其用量的不斷增加,相應(yīng)的貼面膠用量也同步增長(zhǎng)。以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸乙酯(HEA)為軟單體、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)為硬單體、丙烯酸(AA)和N-羥甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)為功能單體、聚甲基丙烯酸鈉(ART-Ⅱ)為保護(hù)膠體、十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)/OP-10為陰/非離子復(fù)配乳化劑、NaHCO3為緩沖劑、氨水為pH值調(diào)節(jié)劑和自制增黏樹脂為改性劑等,采用半連續(xù)種子預(yù)乳化聚合工藝制成醋丙共聚乳液;然后以此為膠粘劑的基體樹脂,通過加入自制增黏樹脂對(duì)其進(jìn)行改性,制成滿足使用要求的高粘接強(qiáng)度自交聯(lián)型PVC裝飾膜用貼面膠。
