高強水泥基裝飾板材研究

【摘要】:隨著生活和科技水平的提高,許多水泥基混凝土構(gòu)件除了需要滿足力學性能的要求之外,也希望外觀具有一定裝飾效果,期望美觀、實用、廉價,而不只是千篇一律的灰色或灰黑色。特別是對于那些水泥基復合材料的預制板塊,如溝蓋板、人行道板、廣場磚等,,如果既能夠達到天然花崗石的力學性能,又具有色彩裝飾效果那么既可節(jié)約資源,又能美化環(huán)境。因此,高強水泥基裝飾板材是建筑裝飾走向低碳環(huán)保的新途徑。 本文根據(jù)RPC的配制原理,在對試驗原材料進行了系統(tǒng)分析的基礎上,進行了水泥基裝飾板材配合比的理論設計并進行了驗證,研究和對比了三種不同的制備工藝,制備出了高強水泥基裝飾板材,并對其性能進行了表征。主要的研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.對試驗原材料進行了系統(tǒng)分析,主要分析了原材料的白度、粒徑分布、真密度、比表面積等幾個控制性指標,確定出了實驗室條件下微硅粉的預處理條件,即650℃條件下煅燒4h。 2.以最緊密堆積方程Dinger-Funk方程為理論基礎,采用Matlab程序運算,對試驗配合比進行了模擬計算,并對模擬的結(jié)果采用流動度來進行表征,得到了試驗的最佳配方(以膠凝材料質(zhì)量為1)為M白水泥:M煅燒微硅粉:M礦粉:M石英砂:M水=0.71:0.18:0.11:0.71:0.16;研究了顏料添加量對制品的影響,確定出了顏料的最佳摻入量,為膠凝材料總質(zhì)量的4%。 3.分別研究了振搗成型、靜壓成型和振壓成型三種成型方式,確定了靜壓成型條件下成型壓力與振壓成型條件下的成型壓力與振動頻率,靜壓成型的成型壓力為25MPa,振壓成型的成型壓力為8MPa,成型頻率為20Hz。對三種成型方式進行了對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)振搗成型這種傳統(tǒng)制備工藝制備出的仿石材有缺陷,靜壓成型對成型設備的要求比較高且對設備損耗較大,振壓成型適合進行大規(guī)模的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。以振搗成型制備出的水泥基板材為例,研究和確定了養(yǎng)護制度:20℃條件下帶模預養(yǎng)1d,40℃條件下水養(yǎng)2d,90℃條件下水養(yǎng)2d。 4.對裝飾板材的裝飾性能和物理性能進行了表征。對于裝飾性來說,可以制備出五種以上花色的仿石材,其表面光澤度可達到21GS,在石材中屬啞光面;對于物理性能而言,裝飾板材的抗折強度≥10MPa,高于石材所要求的抗折強度≥8MPa,吸水率≤5%,略高于石材所要求的≤0.6%,耐磨系數(shù)為0.0416kg/m2,耐磨性能良好,耐候性能良好。
