【摘要】：研制了鋁條龍骨法進行屏蔽墻體真空保溫裝飾板粘結(jié)的工藝,采用氣釘槍噴射射釘將鋁條固定于屏蔽網(wǎng)及墻體上,然后在鋁條上涂覆耐候中性硅酮結(jié)構(gòu)膠,進行保溫裝飾板的粘結(jié),再用特制的設(shè)有螺釘、固定片、彈性軟管、墊片和銅網(wǎng)等元件的屏蔽錨釘進行錨接,最后密封封邊而成。
[Abstract]:The process of bonding the vacuum insulation decorative board of shield wall with aluminum bar keel method was developed. The aluminum strip was fixed on the screen net and wall by air nail gun ejection nail, and then was coated with weathering neutral silicone structural adhesive on the aluminum strip. The insulation decorative board is bonded and then anchored with special shielded anchor nails with screws, fixers, flexible hoses, gaskets and copper nets, finally sealing the edges.
