【摘要】:有組織的職業(yè)生涯開發(fā),有意識地將人的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃與組織機構(gòu)的勞動力需求相聯(lián)系,作為提高勞動力效率的策略,企業(yè)的全面成功與之是息息相關(guān)的。本課題對目前企業(yè)職業(yè)生涯管理的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,以及企業(yè)職業(yè)生涯管理作為人力資源管理的重要組成部分,對企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要意義進行分析,結(jié)合BD廣告裝飾有限公司的人力資源管理具體情況,對該企業(yè)中進行職業(yè)生涯管理體系設(shè)計,指導(dǎo)員工自我職業(yè)生涯管理,完善組織職業(yè)生涯管理。在實現(xiàn)企業(yè)價值追求的同時,兼顧員工的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)、員工共同發(fā)展的雙贏管理,為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)構(gòu)造新的激勵機制,最大限度地發(fā)揮勞動者積極性。從而實現(xiàn)企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高企業(yè)員工的競爭優(yōu)勢,面對國內(nèi)外企業(yè)的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文第一部分對職業(yè)生涯管理理論進行論述,構(gòu)成對BD廣告裝飾有限公司職業(yè)生涯管理體系設(shè)計的理論基礎(chǔ);第二部分對BD廣告裝飾有限公司的基本情況、市場、人力資源管理、職業(yè)生涯管理的現(xiàn)狀及問題進行研究分析,為職業(yè)生涯管理體系設(shè)計提供實踐依據(jù);第三部分結(jié)合BD廣告裝飾有限公司的實際情況,對其職業(yè)生涯管理體系進行設(shè)計;第四部分為職業(yè)生涯管理的實施;第五部分是關(guān)于職業(yè)生涯管理的評估。
[Abstract]:The organized career development consciously connects the career planning with the labor demand of the organization. As a strategy to improve the labor efficiency, the overall success of the enterprise is closely related to it. This paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of enterprise career management, as well as the importance of enterprise career management as an important part of human resource management. Combined with the specific situation of human resource management in BD advertising decoration co., Ltd, the author designs the career management system in this enterprise, instructs the staff to manage their own career, and consummates the organizational career management. While pursuing the enterprise value, we should take into account the development of the staff, realize the win-win management of the common development of the enterprise and the employee, construct a new incentive mechanism for the modern enterprise, and give full play to the enthusiasm of the laborer. In order to achieve the sustainable development of enterprises, improve the competitive advantage of employees, facing the challenges of domestic and foreign enterprises. The first part of this paper discusses the theory of career management, which constitutes the theoretical basis for the design of the career management system of BD Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd. The second part is about the basic situation of BD Advertising Decoration Co., Ltd. In order to provide practical basis for career management system design, the third part combines with the actual situation of BD advertising decoration Co., Ltd. The fourth part is the implementation of career management; the fifth part is the evaluation of career management.
