脫硫石膏在室內裝飾中的運用

【摘要】:能源的巨大需求造成了全球資源的過度消耗,同時產(chǎn)生了大量的廢棄物,增加了環(huán)境負擔。如何在改善環(huán)境的基礎上有效的處理并利用廢棄物是當前研究的熱點。為了減少向空氣中排放二氧化硫的含量,燃煤電廠采用脫硫工藝勢在必行,由此不可避免的產(chǎn)生了一種工業(yè)廢物,,即脫硫石膏,它的某些性能優(yōu)于天然石膏,是天然石膏的潛在替代品。處理后的脫硫石膏作為一種新型環(huán)境功能材料,越來越受到人們的關注,但卻一直與藝術設計無關。 本文利用牡丹江第二發(fā)電廠煙氣脫硫產(chǎn)生的廢料——脫硫石膏作為原料,通過熱處理使脫硫石膏性產(chǎn)生活性。研究成果表明:通過熱處理可以得到以半水石膏為主的低碳裝飾材料,熱處理溫度與時間均對脫硫半水石膏的轉化率和強度有較大影響。最佳的煅燒溫度為180℃,最佳的煅燒時間為1.5h,在該條件下,脫硫石膏的轉化率最高,強度最大。制得的材料內部結構呈多孔狀,可作為裝飾材料使用,以達到環(huán)保和節(jié)約資源的目的。 本文以脫硫半水石膏替代天然石膏,利用脫硫半水石膏材料節(jié)能環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟實用成本低、取材豐富便捷、成型工藝簡單等優(yōu)點,將其運用到室內裝飾陳設的設計中,以達到材料與環(huán)境的和諧統(tǒng)一。設計制作了陳設裝飾品、浮雕壁掛、佛頭石膏像等脫硫半水石膏材料室內裝飾陳設品,不僅其本色古樸自然,而且添加色料或表面粉飾后,能夠仿造其他材料的顏色和質感,其裝飾效果不亞于其他材質,達到了功能性與裝飾性、生態(tài)性與可持續(xù)性、感性與理性有機融合的藝術效果,可廣泛應用于室內裝修。是低碳裝飾材料與藝術設計的完美結合。同時為脫硫石膏材料的發(fā)展與設計應用提供了范例。
[Abstract]:The huge demand for energy causes the excessive consumption of global resources, at the same time produces a large amount of waste, and increases the environmental burden. How to effectively dispose and utilize wastes on the basis of improving environment is a hot topic. In order to reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide into the air, it is imperative for coal-fired power plants to adopt desulphurization technology, which inevitably produces a kind of industrial waste, that is, desulphurized gypsum, and some of its properties are superior to those of natural gypsum. Is a potential substitute for natural gypsum. As a new type of environmental functional material, the treated desulphurized gypsum has attracted more and more attention, but it has nothing to do with art design. In this paper, the desulphurization gypsum produced by flue gas desulphurization in Mudanjiang No. 2 Power Plant is used as raw material, and the activity of desulphurization gypsum is produced by heat treatment. The results show that the low carbon decorative materials mainly composed of hemihydrate gypsum can be obtained by heat treatment, and the heat treatment temperature and time have great influence on the conversion and strength of desulphurized gypsum.
