FCC生產(chǎn)廠固體廢物用作脫油劑的試驗(yàn)及兩種光固化涂料研制

【摘要】:本文的研究工作分為兩部分:第一部分,基于流化床催化裂化(FCC)催化劑生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的含大量硅鋁的固體廢棄物,探索合理處理這些廢渣的技術(shù),不僅可以節(jié)約大量的資源從而降低催化劑的制造成本,而且可以大大緩解催化劑企業(yè)面臨的環(huán)保壓力。本文對FCC催化劑廠固體廢棄物進(jìn)行回收利用,通過處理后制備出新型脫油劑用于水中有機(jī)物的凈化。在制備工藝上進(jìn)行了初步探索,考察了操作條件等因素對吸附脫除十二烷基苯磺酸鈉效果的影響。在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,通過紅外光譜、紫外表征和吸附試驗(yàn)等,確定了制備脫油劑的最佳條件:常溫條件下,以無水乙醇為溶劑,超聲30min,120℃烘干。第二部分,基于紫外光固化技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)發(fā)展中的高效、節(jié)能與環(huán)保的新技術(shù),探索了兩種光固化涂料的研制。針對人們追求個性化、休閑化,紫外光固化啞光涂料市場需求量不斷上升。全啞光耐污UV涂料可應(yīng)用于地板,家具,塑料基材等表面起到裝飾和保護(hù)的作用。本文通過對UV光固化涂料影響因素的深入探討和研究,開發(fā)出了全啞光耐污UV涂料。討論并總結(jié)了如何對配方中樹脂、消光粉、蠟粉、光引發(fā)劑以及成膜條件等因素進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié),以達(dá)到提高漆膜消光效率、耐污性以及抗劃傷等性能的目的。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)選用合適的低聚物和活性稀釋劑的組合,以及使用非黃變型光引發(fā)劑和白度較高的鈦白粉進(jìn)行配方的設(shè)計(jì)。獲得光澤、白度、耐黃變等各方面性能較好的UV白色面漆的配方。
[Abstract]:The research work of this paper is divided into two parts: the first part, based on the solid waste containing a large amount of silicon and aluminum produced in the production of FCC catalyst, the technology of reasonable treatment of these wastes is explored. It can not only save a lot of resources to reduce the cost of catalyst manufacture, but also greatly alleviate the pressure of environmental protection faced by catalyst enterprises. In this paper, the solid waste from FCC catalyst plant was recycled and a new deoiling agent was prepared for the purification of organic matter in water. The effects of operating conditions on the adsorption and removal of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate were investigated. Under laboratory conditions, the optimum conditions for the preparation of degreasing agent were determined by infrared spectroscopy, UV characterization and adsorption test.
