【摘要】：將聚酯纖維、聚丙烯纖維開(kāi)松、梳棉、成網(wǎng)、針刺制氈 ,通過(guò)熱壓成型制備裝飾板材。研究其成型工藝和聚丙烯纖維含量對(duì)材料的力學(xué)性能的影響 ,得出成型壓力10MPa ,成型溫度200℃ ,成型時(shí)間4min,聚丙烯纖維含量為40%時(shí) ,板材的綜合力學(xué)性能最好 ,拉伸強(qiáng)度為41.4MPa,彎曲強(qiáng)度為59.2MPa。
