廢舊纖維制造裝飾板材的研究

【摘要】:將聚酯纖維、聚丙烯纖維開(kāi)松、梳棉、成網(wǎng)、針刺制氈 ,通過(guò)熱壓成型制備裝飾板材。研究其成型工藝和聚丙烯纖維含量對(duì)材料的力學(xué)性能的影響 ,得出成型壓力10MPa ,成型溫度200℃ ,成型時(shí)間4min,聚丙烯纖維含量為40%時(shí) ,板材的綜合力學(xué)性能最好 ,拉伸強(qiáng)度為41.4MPa,彎曲強(qiáng)度為59.2MPa。
[Abstract]:Polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber open loose, carded cotton, netting, needle felt, through hot pressing to prepare decorative plate. The effects of molding technology and polypropylene fiber content on the mechanical properties of the material were studied. The results showed that the best comprehensive mechanical properties of the sheet were obtained when the molding pressure was 10 MPA, the molding temperature was 200 鈩,
