冠亞建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)培訓(xùn)項目可行性分析

【摘要】:冠亞建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)培訓(xùn)項目是基于校企合作,由廣西冠亞房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司與廣西建筑工業(yè)學(xué)校聯(lián)合設(shè)立。雙方秉持“培養(yǎng)中國建筑裝飾工程界最優(yōu)秀的技術(shù)工人”的辦學(xué)宗旨,共同開辦“冠亞建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中心”。項目面向西南地區(qū)貧困家庭的初中應(yīng)屆和往屆畢業(yè)生招生,采用“先就業(yè)后付費”的新型收費模式和人才培養(yǎng)模式。 本文是對廣西冠亞房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司和廣西建材工業(yè)學(xué)校聯(lián)合創(chuàng)辦“冠亞建筑裝飾工程技術(shù)培訓(xùn)中心”專業(yè)進(jìn)行可行性分析,其間收集了大量的國家政策、行業(yè)發(fā)展、行業(yè)人才需求、中高職院校專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及投資估算等方面的數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識對中高職院校專業(yè)開設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行分析比較,借鑒經(jīng)驗,吸取教訓(xùn),尋找最適合的專業(yè)發(fā)展和實訓(xùn)培訓(xùn)模式。通過對建筑裝飾行業(yè)人才需求及技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)的市場規(guī)模和市場發(fā)展趨勢的分析得出項目市場可行的結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用所學(xué)的財務(wù)知識對該項目的資金籌措、盈利能力、償債能力和抗風(fēng)險能力進(jìn)行計算分析,依據(jù)得出的內(nèi)部收益率、凈現(xiàn)值、投資利潤率和投資回收期等指標(biāo),以動態(tài)和靜態(tài)兩個方面的財務(wù)盈利性評價指標(biāo)為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),作出項目在財務(wù)上可行的結(jié)論。通過對就業(yè)、教育和行業(yè)發(fā)展等因素對項目的社會效益進(jìn)行分析,得出項目對緩解就業(yè)矛盾、促進(jìn)社會文化教育和行業(yè)技術(shù)水平發(fā)展具有促進(jìn)意義的結(jié)論。項目的新型收費模式和人才培養(yǎng)模式對其他勞動密集型行業(yè)技術(shù)人才的培養(yǎng)均有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Guanya Architectural Decoration Engineering Technical training Project is based on the cooperation of schools and enterprises, and is jointly set up by Guangxi Guanya Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and Guangxi Construction Industry School. The two sides uphold the "training of the best technical workers in the field of architectural decoration in China", and jointly set up the "Guanya Architectural Decoration Engineering Technical training Center." The project is aimed at recruiting students from junior middle schools and past graduates from poor families in southwest China. It adopts the new charging mode of "first employment and then paying" and the mode of talent training. This article is to carry on the feasibility analysis to the Guangxi Guanya Real Estate Development Co., Ltd and Guangxi Building Materials Industry School to jointly establish "Guanya Building Decoration Engineering Technical training Center", during which a large number of national policies and industry development have been collected. This paper analyzes and compares the professional establishment and talent training mode of vocational colleges and universities by using the professional knowledge learned from the data from the demand for talents, the current situation of professional development and investment estimation in vocational colleges, and draws lessons from the experience, and draws lessons from the experience, Looking for the most suitable professional development and training model. Through the analysis of the market scale and market development trend of talent demand and technical talents training in architectural decoration industry, the feasible conclusion of project market is obtained. On this basis, we use the financial knowledge we have learned to calculate and analyze the project's financing, profitability, solvency and ability to resist risks, according to the internal rate of return, the net present value, the investment profit margin and the investment payback period, etc. Based on the data of dynamic and static financial profitability evaluation, the paper draws the conclusion that the project is financially feasible. By analyzing the social benefits of the project by analyzing the factors such as employment, education and industry development, the conclusion is drawn that the project has significance in alleviating the employment contradiction, promoting social culture, education and the development of the technical level of the industry. The new charging model and the talent training mode of the project can be used for reference for the cultivation of technical talents in other labor-intensive industries.
