【摘要】：19世紀(jì)末20世紀(jì)初,社會性質(zhì)的改變和生產(chǎn)方式的改變對建筑提出了新的要求,產(chǎn)生了新的建筑類型、技術(shù)和設(shè)計思想與之相適應(yīng),中東鐵路就是在這種時代背景下修建起來的。俄國和日本在對鐵路附屬地的建設(shè)中順應(yīng)了這一潮流,體現(xiàn)了建筑的近代化特征。本文以近代化視角,使用文獻分析法、實地調(diào)研法和綜合分析法對世界建筑圖景中的中東鐵路建筑的技術(shù)和設(shè)計思想進行分析。在建筑技術(shù)方面,俄國和日本引入新的建筑材料——磚、玻璃、鋼鐵和水泥,結(jié)合本地資源開發(fā)新型材料,對其進行試驗并投入工業(yè)生產(chǎn);使用了新結(jié)構(gòu)——鋼筋(骨)混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu),形式多樣,可分為框架結(jié)構(gòu)、桁架結(jié)構(gòu)、拱形結(jié)構(gòu)、無梁板結(jié)構(gòu)、殼體結(jié)構(gòu)和懸索結(jié)構(gòu),主要被用于大空間建筑、體育建筑、倉庫、工業(yè)和生產(chǎn)建筑、空間靈活、功能混合的建筑及橋梁中;發(fā)展了新的施工技術(shù),建立了以工程師、工人、承包團體和建筑公司為基礎(chǔ)的施工人員組織,引進了卷揚機、起重機、挖掘機、混凝土攪拌機等機械設(shè)備和提磚器、水準(zhǔn)儀等輔助工具,配合使用防寒棚、腳手架等施工設(shè)施,克服嚴寒天氣,在各季快速、有序地進行建筑、橋梁、隧道和港口施工。在設(shè)計思想方面,城市規(guī)劃與世界先進理念保持同步,借鑒了功能主義、花園城市、區(qū)域規(guī)劃、鄰里單位和集中主義規(guī)劃理念,將中東鐵路沿線城市建設(shè)成具有國際先進性的大都市。在建筑設(shè)計中追隨前沿的建筑設(shè)計思潮,受新藝術(shù)運動、裝飾藝術(shù)運動和現(xiàn)代主義運動的影響,中東鐵路附屬地成為新思潮的試驗場。工業(yè)化設(shè)計思想也有豐富的體現(xiàn),設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、生產(chǎn)集約化和構(gòu)件預(yù)制化使建造活動得以經(jīng)濟、快速、合理地進行,是建筑工業(yè)化的重要手段。中東鐵路建筑的近代化探索同步于世界,部分先進于俄國和日本本土,同時體現(xiàn)了地域性、曲折性和不足。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, the changes in the nature of society and the mode of production put forward new requirements for architecture, resulting in new types of architecture, with which technology and design ideas were adapted. It was against this background that the Middle East Railway was built. Russia and Japan conform to this trend in the construction of railway appendages and embody the modern characteristics of architecture. From the perspective of modernization, this paper analyzes the technology and design idea of Middle East railway architecture in the world architecture picture by using literature analysis method, field investigation method and comprehensive analysis method. In terms of building technology, Russia and Japan introduced new building materials brick, glass, steel and cement, developed new materials in combination with local resources, tested them and put them into industrial production; New structure-reinforced (bone) concrete structure, steel structure, various forms, can be divided into frame structure, truss structure, arch structure, beamless slab structure, shell structure and suspension cable structure, mainly used in large space buildings, Sports buildings, warehouses, industrial and production buildings, flexible space, mixed-function buildings and bridges; new construction technologies have been developed, and constructors' organizations based on engineers, workers, contracting groups and construction companies have been established, With the introduction of winders, cranes, excavators, concrete mixers, and other auxiliary tools such as bricklifts and levelers, and the use of construction facilities such as cold shelters and scaffolding to overcome the cold weather, and quickly in each season, Orderly construction of buildings, bridges, tunnels and ports. In terms of design ideas, urban planning keeps pace with the world's advanced ideas, drawing lessons from functionalism, garden cities, regional planning, neighborhood units and centralism planning concepts. The Middle East railway along the city into an international advanced metropolis. Under the influence of the New Art Movement, the decorative Art Movement and the Modernism Movement, the Middle East Railway attached to the Middle East Railway has become the testing ground of the new trend of thought. The idea of industrial design is also rich in embodiment. Design standardization, intensive production and prefabrication of components make the construction activities economic, rapid and reasonable, which is an important means of building industrialization. The modernization of railway architecture in the Middle East is synchronous with the world, partly advanced in Russia and Japan, at the same time, it embodies regional, tortuous and inadequate.
