一種新型纖維裝飾墻板的開發(fā)與阻燃性能研究

【摘要】: 室內(nèi)墻面裝飾材料是建筑裝飾的重要組成部分,是目前新型建材的發(fā)展熱點(diǎn)和重要的發(fā)展領(lǐng)域。目前,市場上現(xiàn)有的原料為植物纖維的裝飾板大多以人造板為基材并進(jìn)行表面裝飾后使用,一般厚度較大,造成原材料浪費(fèi),空間占據(jù)較大,且生產(chǎn)安裝過程繁瑣,效率低下。為此,為滿足人們對裝飾材料量的需求及品質(zhì)等各方面的要求,我們研發(fā)了一種新型纖維裝飾墻板,并重點(diǎn)對其阻燃性能進(jìn)行了研究。 本論文根據(jù)人們對裝飾墻板“人性化”的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了新型纖維裝飾墻板的外觀結(jié)構(gòu)及配套的模具,利用竹漿原料生產(chǎn)新型纖維裝飾墻板,通過對其生產(chǎn)技術(shù)工藝路線、生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)、質(zhì)量檢測項(xiàng)目和檢測方法的確定,并重點(diǎn)對阻燃性能進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果顯示如下: (1)根據(jù)現(xiàn)代生活對裝飾墻板的要求并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)新型纖維裝飾墻板的規(guī)格尺寸為:長寬為460×460 mm,凸凹度為5 mm,厚度一般控制在1.2~3.0 mm。 (2)確定了新型纖維裝飾墻板的生產(chǎn)工藝,主要流程包括:制漿、配漿、吸濾成型、熱壓定型及整型切邊。并在兼顧新型纖維裝飾墻板質(zhì)量與其生產(chǎn)效率的基礎(chǔ)上確定生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)如下:疏漿時(shí)間,25 min;吸濾時(shí)間,24 s;冷壓時(shí)間,1 s;熱壓時(shí)間,45 s;熱壓延續(xù)時(shí)間,15~90 s;冷壓合模壓力,30 kN;熱壓合模壓力,132 kN;上模具溫度,160~170℃;下模具溫度,180~200℃。 (3)通過對新型纖維裝飾墻板與壁紙、人造板進(jìn)行參照比較,得出新型纖維裝飾墻板的質(zhì)量檢測項(xiàng)目及各項(xiàng)參考指標(biāo),主要包括:密度、含水率、吸水率、吸水厚度膨脹率及內(nèi)結(jié)合強(qiáng)度等物理性能測定,甲醛釋放量測定和阻燃性能氧指數(shù)的測定。 (4)通過制備手抄片的方法對各類阻燃劑的阻燃性能進(jìn)行探索性研究,得出阻燃劑添加過程中采用先打漿后添加的順序,可在一定程度上減少實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中阻燃劑的流失,利于整個實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)程。另外,得出無機(jī)阻燃劑與遠(yuǎn)大有機(jī)型商用阻燃劑相比,除了同樣具備環(huán)保性外,其留著率較高且成本較低。 (5)通過對無阻燃劑的新型纖維裝飾墻板以及分別添加Al(OH)_3單一阻燃體系、Al(OH)_3/Mg(OH)_2雙組分復(fù)配體系和Al(OH)_3/Mg(OH)_2/硼酸鋅ZB多組分復(fù)配體系后的新型纖維裝飾墻板的阻燃性能、物理性能、甲醛釋放量等進(jìn)行了分析和對比研究,并采用綜合分析法討論不同的阻燃劑組合體系對新型纖維裝飾墻板的整體質(zhì)量的影響,得出了最優(yōu)組合為:25%氫氧化鋁、15%硼酸鋅與30%氫氧化鎂的復(fù)配組合。此種阻燃劑配比下得到的新型纖維裝飾墻板的阻燃性能氧指數(shù)為34.4,超過了日本工業(yè)規(guī)格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《JIS A1322建筑用薄材料的難燃性試驗(yàn)方法》規(guī)定的難燃一級(氧指數(shù)≥30)的最低氧指數(shù)限制;其甲醛釋放量達(dá)到E0級,滿足阻燃效果的同時(shí)也滿足了環(huán)保的要求。 綜上所述,本論文研究了以竹漿為原料的新型纖維裝飾墻板,并通過阻燃性能研究得到了較優(yōu)無機(jī)無鹵阻燃劑配方,制備出了環(huán)保且具阻燃性能的新型纖維裝飾墻板,不僅為室內(nèi)裝飾墻板材料的生產(chǎn)提供了一條新的工藝技術(shù)路線,也為新型纖維裝飾墻板的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化研究和規(guī)模化生產(chǎn)以及其質(zhì)量測定方法改進(jìn)等研究提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Interior wall decoration material is an important part of building decoration , it is the development hot spot and important development field of new building materials . At present , the existing raw materials in the market are made of artificial board as base material and used after surface decoration , the general thickness is large , the raw material is wasted , space occupies large , and the production and installation process is complicated , the efficiency is low . To this end , to meet the demand and quality of decoration material quantity , we have developed a new kind of fiber decorative wallboard , and focus on its flame retardant property .
According to the requirement of " humanization " of decorative wallboard , this paper designs the appearance structure and matching mold of the new type of fiber decorative wallboard , and makes use of bamboo pulp raw materials to produce a new type of fiber decorative wallboard . Through the determination of the technical route , production process parameters , quality inspection items and detection methods of the new type of fiber decorative wallboard , the article mainly studies the flame retardant property , and the result shows as follows :
( 1 ) According to the requirements of modern life on decorative wallboard and combining with the actual situation , the specification and dimensions of the new type of fiber decorative wallboard are : 460 脳 460 mm in length , 5 mm in convexity and 1.2 - 3.0 mm in thickness .
( 2 ) The production process of the new type of fiber decorative wallboard is determined . The main flow includes : pulping , pulping , suction filtration , hot pressing and shaping and trimming .
