【摘要】：隨著人們對(duì)居室環(huán)境品質(zhì)要求不斷提高，居室整體化設(shè)計(jì)理念日漸成熟，住宅裝修行業(yè)自身實(shí)力的發(fā)展和上下游行業(yè)資源整合，住宅裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)日漸明朗。家裝工業(yè)化是集成家裝的基礎(chǔ)，是產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的核心。工業(yè)化帶來(lái)家裝設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域的革命，先進(jìn)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用、家裝設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)接，使家裝設(shè)計(jì)體系產(chǎn)生變化。 本論文緊緊圍繞企業(yè)發(fā)展工業(yè)化家裝的實(shí)踐，將相關(guān)工業(yè)化家裝設(shè)計(jì)理論進(jìn)行整理歸納，系統(tǒng)分析研究了工業(yè)化家裝設(shè)計(jì)體系。 住宅裝修工業(yè)化設(shè)計(jì)體系是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)，包括家裝部品系統(tǒng)、家裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)、家裝模塊化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)、家裝快速反應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、部品化是家裝工業(yè)化設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)，以模塊化設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ)的快速反應(yīng)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模生產(chǎn)和產(chǎn)品多樣化、個(gè)性化的關(guān)鍵，是工業(yè)化住宅裝修設(shè)計(jì)體系的核心部分。 首先部品化使家裝細(xì)化分工，是實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)專業(yè)化的基礎(chǔ)，根據(jù)家裝自身結(jié)構(gòu)特性將復(fù)雜家裝工程劃分為六大部品系統(tǒng)：室內(nèi)空間再限定系統(tǒng)、設(shè)備管線系統(tǒng)、界面裝修部件系統(tǒng)、家具與室內(nèi)陳設(shè)系統(tǒng)、連接與固定系統(tǒng)、裝修裝飾材料與設(shè)備系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)，建立家裝工業(yè)化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系，這是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的過(guò)程，尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的核心，其中要建立家裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)的優(yōu)先數(shù)系主要參考家具“32mm系統(tǒng)”和建筑模數(shù)。然后，運(yùn)用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)方法開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)家裝部件產(chǎn)品，家裝模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵是模塊設(shè)計(jì)，家裝模塊要求通用程度高，而另一方面又要求模塊適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品的不同功能、性能、形態(tài)等要素的變化，因此對(duì)模塊設(shè)計(jì)的柔性化要求較高。最后，，在模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用并行工程、構(gòu)建敏捷反應(yīng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)等提高設(shè)計(jì)效率的方法，結(jié)合計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)(CAD／CAM／PDM／INTERNET)，以共享產(chǎn)品信息，建立快速設(shè)計(jì)體系，建立工業(yè)化家裝設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)營(yíng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。 論文最后提出大規(guī)模定制和虛擬敏捷企業(yè)的現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)和管理技術(shù)對(duì)工業(yè)化家裝企業(yè)的建設(shè)具有重要意義，理想的工業(yè)化家裝企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式應(yīng)具有柔性化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、集成化、虛擬化的特點(diǎn)，并且通過(guò)實(shí)踐證明，家裝企業(yè)推行工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵是掌握更多的產(chǎn)品資源，構(gòu)建完整的家裝部品供應(yīng)鏈。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the quality of the living room, the concept of integrated design of the house is maturing day by day, the development of the strength of the housing decoration industry and the integration of the resources of the upstream and downstream industries, the trend of the industrialization of the housing decoration is becoming clear day by day. Home decoration industrialization is the foundation of integrated home decoration and the core of industrialization development. Industrialization brings the revolution in the field of home decoration design, the application of advanced technology, the docking of home decoration design and product design, and the change of home decoration design system. This paper focuses on the practice of developing industrial home decoration, summarizes the relevant theory of industrial home decoration design, and systematically analyzes and studies the system of industrial home decoration design. Residential decoration industrial design system is a complex system, including home decoration parts system, home decoration standard system, home decoration modular design system, home decoration rapid response design system. Standardization and partitioning are the basis of the industrial design of home decoration. The rapid response design system based on modular design is the key to realize the diversification and individuation of the scale production and the product, and is the core part of the decoration design system of the industrialized residence. First of all, it is the basis of realizing the specialization of production to make the division of work in home decoration more detailed. According to the structural characteristics of home decoration, the complex home decoration engineering is divided into six parts: indoor space redefining system, equipment pipeline system, and so on. Interface decoration system, furniture and interior furnishing system, connection and fixing system, decoration material and equipment system. At the same time, it is a long-term process to establish the standard system of home decoration industrialization. The dimension standardization is the core of the standardization of product design and manufacture. Among them, the priority of building standard number should be set up as "32mm system" and "building module" of furniture. Then, the modular design method is used to develop and design the home decoration components. The key to the modular design is the module design, which requires a high degree of generality, and on the other hand requires the module to adapt to the different functions and performance of the product. Because of the change of form and other factors, the flexibility of module design is very high. Finally, on the basis of modular design, using concurrent engineering, building agile reaction product development platform and other methods to improve design efficiency, combining computer and network technology to share product information and establish a rapid design system. To establish a network system for industrial home design and operation. At the end of the paper, it is pointed out that the modern production and management technology of mass customization and virtual agile enterprises is of great significance to the construction of industrialized home furnishing enterprises, and the ideal operation mode of industrial home furnishing enterprises should be flexible, networked and integrated. The characteristics of virtualization and through practice prove that the key to implement industrialization strategy is to master more product resources and build a complete supply chain of home decoration products.
