【摘要】:對于裝飾裝修公司來說,“現(xiàn)場的管理”是每天必修的功課。施工現(xiàn)場的管理實際上是建設施工企業(yè)生產經營活動的基礎,也是施工企業(yè)整體管理工作中最重要的組成部分,從客觀角度看,施工現(xiàn)場的管理水平,標志著一個施工企業(yè)的管理水平,同時,它也表現(xiàn)出了一個裝飾裝修企業(yè)真實實力。 遼寧大班建筑裝飾有限公司(以下簡稱大班公司)作為一個裝飾裝修施工兼設計企業(yè),在裝飾裝修施工現(xiàn)場的管理中,把施工現(xiàn)場管理作為企業(yè)經營活動的中心。同時,項目部是大班公司整體施工管理工作中最重要組成部分,隨著裝飾裝修市場的不斷規(guī)范與發(fā)展,伴隨著經濟體制改革的深化和社會主義市場經濟體制的深入,,大班公司在施工現(xiàn)場管理中也出現(xiàn)了許許多多的問題。從公司發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),裝飾裝修施工的現(xiàn)場管理對大班公司有著極其深遠的意義。 本文通過對大班公司裝飾工程施工現(xiàn)場的實地考察,結合相關理論依據(jù),基于大班公司的實際狀況,總結出在大班公司內部存在的諸如施工現(xiàn)場管理混亂、責任劃分不明確、施工文明程度低等施工現(xiàn)場管理問題,并針對現(xiàn)實情況提出組建專業(yè)的項目管理部門、加強現(xiàn)場控制和監(jiān)督工作、落實項目管理目標責任制、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)技術管理人員是提高施工現(xiàn)場管理水平的必經之路。只有加強對裝飾裝修施工現(xiàn)場的管理、不斷的改變及完善在施工現(xiàn)場中存在的各種不合理狀況,才能更好的保證施工工程的質量,從而保障大班公司施工工程高效益的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:For decoration and decoration companies, "site management" is a daily lesson. In fact, the management of construction site is the basis of the production and management activities of construction enterprises, and it is also the most important part of the overall management of construction enterprises. From an objective point of view, the management level of construction sites, It marks the management level of a construction enterprise, at the same time, it also shows the real strength of a decoration and decoration enterprise. Liaoning Daban Architectural Decoration Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Daban Company) as a decoration and decoration construction and design enterprise, in the decoration and decoration construction site management, construction site management as the center of business activities. At the same time, the project department is the most important part of the overall construction management of the company. With the continuous standardization and development of the decoration and decoration market, with the deepening of the economic system reform and the deepening of the socialist market economic system, Taipan company in the construction site management has also appeared a lot of problems. From the perspective of the development of the company, decoration and decoration construction site management has a profound significance to the company. Based on the field investigation of the construction site of the decoration project of Taipan Company and the relevant theoretical basis, based on the actual situation of the company, the paper concludes that there is confusion in the management of the construction site and the division of responsibility is not clear within the company. Construction site management problems such as low level of construction civilization, and the establishment of a professional project management department in view of the actual situation, strengthening on-site control and supervision, and implementing the project management target responsibility system, Training professional technical management personnel is the only way to improve the level of construction site management. Only by strengthening the management of decoration and decoration construction site and constantly changing and perfecting all kinds of unreasonable conditions in the construction site can the quality of construction project be better guaranteed and the high benefit of construction project of Taipan company be guaranteed.
