家具燙蠟技術(shù)與裝飾的研究

【摘要】: 本文主要研究了家具燙蠟技術(shù)及其裝飾效果兩方面內(nèi)容。燙蠟技術(shù)是中國傳統(tǒng)硬木家具表面處理的一種方法,從明清時期,主要以師徒相授的方式傳承下來,較少有文字記載,對它的研究則更少。深入研究燙蠟技術(shù),有利于提高現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中的合理性,對工藝各步驟技術(shù)要求的規(guī)定,為工人掌握技術(shù)本身和質(zhì)檢人員進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)提供了方便條件;通過燙蠟和透明涂飾裝飾效果的比較研究,可以讓我們充分了解燙蠟的裝飾特點(diǎn),從而在實(shí)際中能更好的運(yùn)用它。 在燙蠟技術(shù)研究中,主要針對粗磨砂紙粒度號、水磨水溫、干磨砂紙粒度號、燙蠟量、起蠟時間、烘烤溫度等六個對燙蠟技術(shù)影響較大的因素,采用正交試驗(yàn),通過測定表面粗糙度、光澤度、木材紋理明顯性、耐磨性和拒水性五個檢測指標(biāo),經(jīng)過綜合分析,確定了優(yōu)化工藝,并通過試驗(yàn)對分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。在裝飾效果研究中,通過比較燙蠟和透明涂飾的視覺物理量、視覺心理量和觸覺心理量,深入討論燙蠟的裝飾效果及適用范圍。 研究表明,在表面處理工序,粗磨砂紙粒度號對表面粗糙度有顯著影響,干磨砂紙粒度號對光澤度有顯著影響;在燙蠟工序中,燙蠟量對表面粗糙度和光澤度均有顯著影響,而燙蠟量、起蠟時間、烘烤溫度對木材紋理明顯性、耐磨性、拒水性均沒有顯著影響。此外,基材研磨能使表面粗糙度降低5倍左右,基本達(dá)到燙蠟要求;燙蠟?zāi)苡行岣吖鉂啥?增幅在20~60倍左右,使木材顯現(xiàn)如絲緞般的光澤;燙蠟?zāi)苁够募y理由細(xì)變粗、由弱變強(qiáng),一些弱紋理或隱紋理經(jīng)燙蠟處理后能夠被顯現(xiàn)出來;經(jīng)過燙蠟處理,基材表面的拒水性明顯提高,在一定程度上能抵抗外界環(huán)境干濕變化的不利作用。 燙蠟比透明涂飾更能保留木材原有的色調(diào),并在一定程度上使這種色調(diào)更鮮明,進(jìn)一步突顯木材的材質(zhì)美和紋理美;燙蠟后木材表面光澤度的變化與亞光透明涂飾比較接近,顯現(xiàn)的光澤柔和,不具有高光澤的特征;燙蠟對木材紋理效果增強(qiáng)的能力略低于亮光透明涂飾,遠(yuǎn)大于亞光透明涂飾;木材經(jīng)過燙蠟處理后,能夠獲得溫暖、柔和、清雅、自然的視覺心理感受,但缺乏明快感和豪華感;同樣能夠獲得溫暖、柔和、細(xì)致的觸感,并有效避免了粘滯、冷硬、塑感、粗糙等不舒服的觸感,在一定程度上能獲得觸摸的快感,但給人的爽滑感不夠。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies two aspects of furniture wax ironing technology and decoration effect. Wax ironing technology is a method of surface treatment of traditional hardwood furniture in China. From the Ming and Qing dynasties, it was passed down mainly in the form of teacher and apprentice, with less written records and less research on it. Further research on wax ironing technology is helpful to improve the rationality of modern production practice, and to provide convenient conditions for workers to master the technology itself and to carry out product inspection by quality inspectors. Through the comparative study of the decorative effects of wax ironing and transparent finishing, we can fully understand the decorative characteristics of hot wax, so that we can better use it in practice. In the research of wax ironing technology, the orthogonal test was used to study the six factors which have great influence on the technology of ironing wax, such as grain size number of coarse grinding sand paper, water temperature of water grinding, grain size number of dry abrasive paper, amount of wax ironing, time of wax removal and baking temperature. By measuring the surface roughness, gloss, wood texture, abrasion resistance and water repellency, the optimized technology was determined through comprehensive analysis, and the results were verified by experiments. In the study of decorative effect, the decorative effect and application range of hot wax were discussed by comparing the visual physical quantity, visual psychological quantity and tactile psychological quantity of wax ironing and transparent coating. The results show that in the surface treatment process, the size number of coarse abrasive paper has a significant effect on the surface roughness, the size number of dry abrasive paper has a significant effect on the glossiness, and the amount of wax ironing has a significant effect on the surface roughness and glossiness in the wax ironing process. However, the amount of wax ironing, waxing time and baking temperature had no significant effects on wood texture, abrasion resistance and water repellency. In addition, the grinding of the substrate can reduce the surface roughness by about 5 times, basically meeting the requirements of wax ironing; ironing can effectively improve the gloss by about 20 ~ 60 times, making the wood appear like silk gloss; ironing wax can change the texture of the substrate from fine to coarse. From weak to strong, some weak textures or hidden textures can be shown after hot wax treatment, and the surface water repellency of the substrate is obviously improved after the wax ironing treatment, which can resist the adverse effect of the outside environment to a certain extent. Wax ironing can retain the original tone of wood more than transparent coating, and to a certain extent make this tone more distinct, further highlight the beauty of wood material and texture; the change of glossiness of wood surface after burning wax is close to that of translucent finish. The luster is soft and does not have the characteristics of high gloss; the ability of burning wax to enhance the effect of wood texture is slightly lower than that of bright transparent finish, which is much larger than that of subgloss transparent coating; the wood can be warm, soft and elegant after hot wax treatment. Natural visual psychological feelings, but lack of pleasure and luxury; also can obtain warm, soft, meticulous touch, and effectively avoid sticky, cold, hard, plastic, rough and other uncomfortable touch, To some extent can get the touch of pleasure, but not enough to give a smooth feeling.
