海藻泥基功能型內(nèi)墻乳膠漆的研制及其性能

【摘要】:室內(nèi)環(huán)境質(zhì)量直接影響著人體健康,因此室內(nèi)空氣污染已被美國環(huán)保局(EPA)列為第四大環(huán)境健康危害。世界環(huán)衛(wèi)組織研究結(jié)果顯示:人類由于環(huán)境惡化所導(dǎo)致的疾病越來越多,室內(nèi)空氣污染也受到世界衛(wèi)生組織的密切關(guān)注,被列為人類健康的十大威脅之一。隨著人們對居住環(huán)境要求越來越高,室內(nèi)裝飾材料所含的大量污染物質(zhì)也越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。論文系統(tǒng)研究了除醛丙烯酸酯乳液的分子設(shè)計、制備與涂膜性能。以此乳液為涂料基體,通過配方設(shè)計,采用TiO2光催化改性硅藻土、沸石及硅膠、海藻泥長效吸收并降解甲醛、甲苯及氨的耐污漬內(nèi)墻乳膠漆,采用多種方法有效協(xié)同吸附環(huán)境中存在的甲醛、甲苯及氨,并與之發(fā)生不可逆反應(yīng)。另外在兼顧除甲醛特性的同時,選取了性能更為優(yōu)異的耐沾污型乳液和填料,使得涂膜具有優(yōu)異的耐沾污性能。針對祛甲醛、甲苯、氨和耐污漬的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,將TiO2改性硅藻土、沸石及硅膠、海藻泥,耐沾污技術(shù)復(fù)合使用,以上述乳液為涂料基體,對顏填料和助劑等進(jìn)行篩選,進(jìn)行了配方優(yōu)化,制備了功能型內(nèi)墻乳膠漆,結(jié)果表明:以此材料制備的海藻泥功能型內(nèi)墻乳膠漆對于室內(nèi)甲醛的48小時內(nèi)的甲醛凈化效率高達(dá)90.1%,甲醛凈化效果持久性達(dá)80.2%;室內(nèi)甲苯的48小時內(nèi)的甲苯凈化效率高達(dá)51.1%,甲苯凈化效果持久性達(dá)42.2%;室內(nèi)氨的48小時內(nèi)的凈化效率高達(dá)46.9%,氨凈化效果持久性達(dá)42.7%,耐沾污分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到8.8分。經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā),以本工作為基礎(chǔ)由嘉寶莉公司推動上市的“海藻泥”內(nèi)墻乳膠漆,漆膜可以長效吸收并分解甲醛、甲苯及氨。目前市場上同類產(chǎn)品極少,與其它空氣污染治理技術(shù)相比,此產(chǎn)品具有顯著優(yōu)點。自從本項目產(chǎn)品上市以后,在全國各地獲得了一致好評,也在涂料行業(yè)掀起了一次環(huán)保凈化的新高潮。
[Abstract]:Indoor environmental quality has a direct impact on human health, so indoor air pollution has been ranked as the fourth largest environmental health hazard by EPA (EPA). The results of the World Sanitation Organization show that more and more diseases are caused by the deterioration of the environment, and the indoor air pollution has been paid close attention to by the World Health Organization, and it has been listed as one of the ten threats to human health. With the increasing demands on the living environment, people pay more and more attention to a large number of pollutants contained in interior decoration materials. The molecular design, preparation and film properties of aldehyde-removing acrylate emulsion were systematically studied in this paper. The emulsion was used as the coating matrix, and the TiO2 photocatalytic modification of diatomite, zeolite and silica gel was used to absorb and degrade formaldehyde, toluene and ammonia for a long time. Formaldehyde, toluene and ammonia in the environment were effectively adsorbed by various methods and irreversibly reacted with them. In addition, the anti-fouling emulsion and fillers with better performance were selected while taking into account the characteristics of formaldehyde removal, which made the coating have excellent contamination resistance. In view of the key technical problems of removing formaldehyde, toluene, ammonia and stain resistance, the TiO2 modified diatomite, zeolite and silica gel, seaweed mud and stain resistant technology were combined, and the above emulsion was used as the coating matrix to screen the pigments, fillers and auxiliaries, etc. The formula was optimized and the functional inner wall latex paint was prepared. The results showed that the efficiency of formaldehyde purification was 90.1% and 80.2% in 48 hours of indoor formaldehyde, and the purification efficiency of toluene was 80.2% in 48 hours of indoor toluene. The purification efficiency of indoor ammonia is up to 46.9% in 48 hours, the persistence of ammonia purification effect is 42.7%, and the contamination resistance fraction is 8.8%. The efficiency of purification of toluene is up to 42.2%, the purification efficiency of indoor ammonia is up to 46.9% within 48 hours of ammonia purification, and the efficiency of ammonia purification is 42.7%. Through systematic research and development, based on this work, the "seaweed mud" inner wall latex paint, which is promoted by Jiapoli Company, can be absorbed and decomposed into formaldehyde, toluene and ammonia for a long time. At present, there are few similar products in the market. Compared with other air pollution control technology, this product has remarkable advantages. Since the products of the project went on the market, it has been well received all over the country, and has also set off a new high tide of environmental protection purification in the paint industry.
