【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,以及城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的需要,建筑業(yè)在我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的分量越來越重;加入WTO以后,我國建筑行業(yè)所面臨的市場發(fā)生了巨大的變化,特別是入世后政策的放開,以及來自更加專業(yè)化的國際建筑承包商的競爭,都對我國的建筑工程企業(yè)產(chǎn)生了新的要求,做大經(jīng)營體量以外,更重要的讓企業(yè)可以適應(yīng)競爭,并且成為可以在競爭中形成競爭力,最終嶄露頭角。在過去的市場中,我國的建筑工程企業(yè)積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn),入世之后,也暴露出了企業(yè)機(jī)制與市場環(huán)境不相匹配的一系列問題。企業(yè)如何在競爭市場中生存下來,找到自己的核心價(jià)值,創(chuàng)造口碑,保證企業(yè)利潤,最終能夠在市場上占有一席之位都考驗(yàn)著決策者的戰(zhàn)略眼光。企業(yè)實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略管理的第一步是進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位,定位的成功與否直接決定企業(yè)后期的發(fā)展方向。 H建筑工程公司成立于2011年4月,目前尚處于創(chuàng)業(yè)期,是一家具有房屋建筑工程施工總承包貳級、地基與基礎(chǔ)工程專業(yè)承包貳級、土石方工程專業(yè)承包貳級、建筑裝修裝飾工程專業(yè)承包貳級、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程專業(yè)承包叁級等多項(xiàng)資質(zhì)的施工企業(yè)。本文利用PEST分析方法、SWOT分析等戰(zhàn)略分析方法,按照戰(zhàn)略分析——戰(zhàn)略選擇——戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以及戰(zhàn)略績效測評的基本思路,對H建筑工程公司創(chuàng)業(yè)期戰(zhàn)略定位問題進(jìn)行了較全面的深入分析。全文主要分為幾大部分:第一部分是對建筑施工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇相關(guān)理論的研究,第二部分對H建筑工程公司企業(yè)內(nèi)部的調(diào)查分析以及PEST環(huán)境分析和SWOT分析。第三部分首先分析國內(nèi)大部分建筑施工企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略定位;其次提出H建筑工程公司戰(zhàn)略定位的選擇。第五部分將為H建筑工程公司基于戰(zhàn)略定位進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃,包括戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)、戰(zhàn)略階段劃分、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)現(xiàn)步驟、主要措施等。最后,對前幾部分的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行提煉總結(jié),得出基本結(jié)論,說明研究的不足,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)對H建筑工程公司發(fā)展的幫助。
[Abstract]:With the development of our economy and the need of urbanization, the construction industry is becoming more and more important in our national economy. After China's entry into WTO, the market of our construction industry has undergone tremendous changes. In particular, the liberalization of policies after China's accession to the WTO and the competition from more specialized international construction contractors have created new requirements for construction engineering enterprises in China. In addition to increasing the volume of management, it is more important for enterprises to adapt to the competition. And become able to become competitive in the competition, the final emergence. In the past market, the construction engineering enterprises of our country accumulated the experience, after entering WTO, also exposed a series of problems that the enterprise mechanism and the market environment do not match. How enterprises survive in the competitive market, find their own core value, create word of mouth, ensure the profits of enterprises, and finally occupy a position in the market are testing the strategic vision of decision makers. The first step of implementing strategic management is to carry out strategic orientation, and the success of the positioning directly determines the development direction of the enterprise in the later stage. H Construction Engineering Company was founded in April 2011, and is still in the start-up period. It is a general contractor for housing construction projects, grade two for foundation and foundation engineering, and grade two for earthwork and rock engineering. Construction enterprises with qualification of grade 2 construction decoration engineering professional contracting, steel structure engineering professional contracting level 3, etc. This paper uses the PEST analysis method and other strategic analysis methods, according to the basic ideas of strategic analysis-strategic choice, strategic implementation and strategic performance evaluation. This paper makes a thorough analysis on the strategic orientation of H construction engineering company during its start-up period. The thesis is divided into several parts: the first part is the research on the theory of strategic choice of the construction enterprise, the second part is the investigation and analysis of the internal enterprise of H construction engineering company, as well as the analysis of PEST environment and SWOT. The third part first analyzes the strategic positioning of most construction enterprises in China, and then puts forward the choice of strategic positioning of H construction engineering company. The fifth part will carry on the strategic development plan for the H construction engineering company based on the strategic orientation, including the strategic development goal, the strategic key point, the strategic stage division, the strategic realization step, the main measure and so on. Finally, the contents of the previous parts are abstracted and summarized, the basic conclusions are drawn, and the deficiencies of the research are explained, in order to realize the help to the development of H Construction Engineering Company.
