西安秦明裝飾工程公司質(zhì)量管理體系研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和顧客對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量需求的不斷提高,要求企業(yè)要不斷創(chuàng)新、不斷改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,以滿足不同層次顧客的需求。因?yàn)?低質(zhì)量會(huì)給企業(yè)帶來(lái)負(fù)的外部效應(yīng),它會(huì)降低公司在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,減少企業(yè)利潤(rùn),降低企業(yè)的知名度。同過(guò)去相比,價(jià)格不再是取得更多市場(chǎng)份額的首要因素,取而代之的是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。多數(shù)顧客更多地注重產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和服務(wù),甚至愿意以高價(jià)格換取高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)占有更多市場(chǎng)份額的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量管理成為現(xiàn)代公司企業(yè)快速發(fā)展和企業(yè)獲取更多的利潤(rùn)的必然要求,是市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的必然結(jié)果。 本文主要以質(zhì)量管理理論體系為依據(jù),圍繞西安秦明裝飾工程公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標(biāo),針對(duì)秦明公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、制度環(huán)境、生產(chǎn)管理以及激勵(lì)機(jī)制四個(gè)方面存在的問(wèn)題及其原因進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別從規(guī)劃思路、原則等方面說(shuō)明秦明公司質(zhì)量管理總體規(guī)劃方案;從質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量控制、質(zhì)量改進(jìn)三個(gè)方面,建立質(zhì)量管理體系。最后,提出建立質(zhì)量管理體系的保障機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化組織執(zhí)行力以及建立質(zhì)量全方位管理的心理共識(shí)三個(gè)方面來(lái)保障質(zhì)量管理體系的實(shí)施。 通過(guò)對(duì)秦明公司質(zhì)量管理的改進(jìn),進(jìn)一步提高西安秦明裝飾工程公司質(zhì)量管理水平,改善產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì),提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,加速生產(chǎn)流程,提高市場(chǎng)的接受程度,降低生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量成本,以期能為其它建筑門(mén)窗加工企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理改進(jìn)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the fierce market competition and the continuous improvement of customers' demand for product quality, enterprises are required to innovate and improve the product quality to meet the needs of different levels of customers. Because the low quality will bring negative external effect to the enterprise, it will reduce the competitiveness of the company in the market, reduce the profit of the enterprise, reduce the reputation of the enterprise. Price is no longer the primary factor in gaining more market share than in the past, but quality. Most customers pay more attention to the quality and service of products, and are even willing to exchange high prices for high-quality products. Product quality has become the key factor for enterprises to occupy more market share. Therefore, strengthening quality management has become the inevitable requirement for the rapid development of modern companies and more profits, and is the inevitable result of market competition. Based on the theoretical system of quality management, this paper focuses on the strategic development objectives of Xi'an Qin Ming Decoration Engineering Company, and aims at the current situation, organizational structure, system environment of the quality management of Qin Ming Company. The problems and their causes in four aspects of production management and incentive mechanism are analyzed. On this basis, the general plan of quality management of Qin Ming Company is explained from the aspects of planning ideas and principles, and the quality management system is established from three aspects: quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. Finally, this paper puts forward three aspects to guarantee the implementation of quality management system, such as establishing the guarantee mechanism of quality management system, strengthening the execution of organization and establishing the psychological consensus of all-around quality management. By improving the quality management of Qin Ming Company, we can further improve the quality management level, improve the product design, improve the product quality, speed up the production process, increase the acceptance of the market, and reduce the cost of production quality in Xi'an Qin Ming Decoration Engineering Company. In order to provide some reference for the quality management improvement of other building door and window processing enterprises.
