【摘要】：本文簡要介紹了汽車內裝飾織物的發(fā)展趨勢。在80年代末,內裝飾織物的生產已由火焰復合轉向熱熔復合,因為后者具有較多優(yōu)點.接著介紹了復合產品使用的4 種粘合劑.文章重點介紹了復合生產的工藝流程和粉點法、漿點法施加系統(tǒng)及熱熔刮涂法設備.最后預測我國2000年時的轎車產量和內裝飾織物的需要量,展現(xiàn)了熱熔紡織品的美好前景。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly introduces the development trend of automobile interior decoration fabric. In the late 1980s, the production of decorative fabrics shifted from flame compounding to hot melt compounding because of the advantages of the latter. Then four kinds of binders used in composite products are introduced. This paper mainly introduces the process flow and powder point method of compound production, the application system of slurry point method and the equipment of hot melt scraping method. Finally, the output of cars and the demand of interior decorative fabrics in China in 2000 are predicted, which shows the bright prospect of hot melt textiles.
