面向項(xiàng)目組的住宅裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:為規(guī)范裝修市場(chǎng),推進(jìn)裝修行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,國(guó)家自1999年以來,為推行全裝修推出一系列政策。目前,開發(fā)商推行精裝房的規(guī)模和力度日益加大,然而在積極推行精裝修成品房的過程當(dāng)中,開發(fā)商也面臨著一系列的問題:業(yè)主的個(gè)性化需求與產(chǎn)業(yè)化之間的矛盾,裝修信息的不透明,住宅批量裝修的施工管理難度加大等。本文依托課題組的樓盤團(tuán)裝項(xiàng)目——基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的房產(chǎn)精裝產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同商務(wù)平臺(tái),結(jié)合裝修工程項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理理論,構(gòu)建了面向項(xiàng)目組的住宅裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃體系,設(shè)計(jì)了基于流水施工的項(xiàng)目組裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制方案,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向項(xiàng)目組的住宅裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng),提高了編制施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的效率,保證了施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的適用性。全文的內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面:第一章介紹了住宅裝修行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和課題研究進(jìn)展,闡述了面向項(xiàng)目組的住宅裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃需要解決的問題,結(jié)合相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,給出了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和總體框架。第二章是系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。首先分析項(xiàng)目組裝修工程項(xiàng)目的特征;其次基于項(xiàng)目特征設(shè)計(jì)了項(xiàng)目組裝修施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制流程;再次根據(jù)施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制流程對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,并建立了系統(tǒng)的概念數(shù)據(jù)模型;最后介紹系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu)。第三章主要研究了系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的三個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。首先,研究了面向項(xiàng)目組的裝修能力需求模型的建立與求解;其次,研究了項(xiàng)目組內(nèi)住宅施工順序的決策過程;最后,應(yīng)用概念分析法,實(shí)現(xiàn)單位住宅內(nèi)施工段的排序。第四章是原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。首先介紹了開發(fā)環(huán)境、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊設(shè)計(jì);其次給出系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行實(shí)例;最后對(duì)原型系統(tǒng)給出客觀評(píng)價(jià)與改善建議。第五章對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望。
[Abstract]:In order to standardize the decoration market and promote the healthy development of decoration industry, the country has introduced a series of policies since 1999. At present, the scale and strength of the hardcover room is increasing day by day. However, in the process of promoting the finished house of fine decoration, the developer is also faced with a series of problems: the contradiction between the individualized demand of the owner and the industrialization. The information of decoration is not transparent, the construction management of housing batch decoration becomes more difficult and so on. In this paper, we rely on the project of real estate agglomeration, which is based on Internet, and combine the theory of construction schedule management and production planning management of decoration project. In this paper, a project team oriented planning system for residential decoration construction is constructed, and a project team renovation schedule planning system based on flowing water construction is designed, and the project team oriented residential decoration construction schedule management system is designed and realized. The efficiency of compiling construction schedule is improved, and the applicability of construction schedule is ensured. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter introduces the current situation and research progress of the residential decoration industry, and expounds the problems that need to be solved in the progress plan of residential decoration construction for the project team. According to the research status in related fields, the research content and the overall framework of the paper are given. The second chapter is the analysis and design of the system. First of all, the characteristics of the project team decoration project are analyzed; secondly, based on the project characteristics, the preparation process of the project team decoration construction progress plan is designed; thirdly, according to the construction progress plan preparation process, the system needs analysis, The conceptual data model of the system is established, and the key technology of the system implementation and the whole system architecture based on the B / S structure are introduced. The third chapter mainly studies the three key technologies of the system implementation. Firstly, the paper studies the establishment and solution of the demand model of decoration ability for the project team. Secondly, it studies the decision-making process of the construction sequence of the housing in the project group. Finally, it uses the concept analysis method to realize the ranking of the construction section in the unit residence. The fourth chapter is the design and implementation of the prototype system. Firstly, the development environment, database design and function module design are introduced. Secondly, the running examples of the system are given. Finally, the objective evaluation and improvement suggestions are given for the prototype system. The fifth chapter summarizes and prospects the full text.
