【摘要】： 本文主要針對目前中國市場上的全裝修住宅的現(xiàn)狀,提出廣州住宅全裝修過程中存在的問題以及對這些問題解決方式的探討,并通過這些探討來說明全裝修在我國市場上的發(fā)展前景。 第一章本文的著眼點主要是從房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)的角度來對設(shè)計問題進行了全方位的剖析。它不僅符合了百姓的消費心理、住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)化的要求,還因質(zhì)量優(yōu)勢,資源充足和經(jīng)濟環(huán)保這些特點在國內(nèi)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展,并且在推行的過程中不斷的完善。 第二、三、四、五、六章指出在全裝修的推進過程中出現(xiàn)了很多問題。最突出的表現(xiàn)就是定位問題、設(shè)計問題、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題和成本問題。本文通過對影響住宅全裝修的廚房空間、衛(wèi)浴空間和空調(diào)安裝這三個關(guān)鍵部分進行深入研究,結(jié)合大量的實例對問題進行分類,從體現(xiàn)人性化,關(guān)注可實施性等方面進行論述,并找到相應(yīng)的解決辦法。 最后一章,本文對全裝修住宅的發(fā)展和改進進行了探討。提出交樓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)驗收、戶型和部品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及住宅工廠化發(fā)展等措施,為全裝修住宅提供科學(xué)化發(fā)展的思路。
[Abstract]:According to the current situation of fully renovated housing in Chinese market, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the process of full decoration of housing in Guangzhou, and discusses the solutions to these problems. And through these discussions to illustrate the overall decoration in our market development prospects. The first chapter focuses on the analysis of the design problem from the angle of real estate development. It not only accords with the people's consumption psychology, housing industrialization requirements, but also because of the quality advantages, sufficient resources and economic and environmental protection in the characteristics of rapid development in China, and in the implementation of the process of continuous improvement. The second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth chapters point out that there are many problems in the process of full decoration. Most prominent are positioning problems, design issues, standards issues, and cost issues. In this paper, the three key parts of kitchen space, bathroom space and air conditioning installation, which affect the complete decoration of residential buildings, are studied in depth, and the problems are classified with a large number of examples, which are discussed from the aspects of humanization and practicability. And find a corresponding solution. In the last chapter, this paper discusses the development and improvement of the fully decorated residence. The paper puts forward some measures, such as standard acceptance, standardization of household type and parts, and industrial development of residential buildings, which provide scientific development ideas for fully decorated houses.
