【摘要】：大提花裝飾布采用CAD系統(tǒng)來設計花形,在大批量生產(chǎn)前要進行織物風格的小樣試驗,以確保用戶滿意。生產(chǎn)中漿紗工序要確保質(zhì)量,卷繞張力略偏大掌握,重點是增加耐磨性;織造工序布邊組織要慎選,采用托布板來減小織口跳動,采用專用軟件進行浮長的編輯工作,并改進了接經(jīng)方法,加強了接經(jīng)技術培訓,減少了斷經(jīng),使織造效率達到90%。
[Abstract]:The CAD system is used to design the flower shape. Before the mass production, the fabric style test should be carried out to ensure the satisfaction of the users. The production in the pulp yarn should ensure the quality, the winding tension is slightly mastered, the emphasis is to increase the wear resistance; the fabric edge organization of the weaving process should be carefully selected and the cloth plate is used to reduce the beating of the fabric. Software is used to carry out floats long editing work, and improves the connection method, strengthens the training of receiving technology, reduces the broken warp, and makes weaving efficiency reach 90%.
